This has been my favorite lip balm for years. Nothing else has worked so well for someone who’s had chapped lips their whole life. Couldn’t live without it!

I really like this lip balm. Not as stiff as Chapstick & not as soft as Carmex. I can have it in my pocket without it getting super soft.

Best lip balm

Omg, I was taken back by surprise when I first applied this lip balm on my lips. I'm used to using name brands like Chapstick which you can find anywhere and people know the name because it's that popular. Later, I transfer to Banana Boat's lip balm because it had high ratings as well as SPF to protect my lips from the sun. Last year, I was shopping around the Beauty department on Amazon and notice this particular lip balm was being highly touted. I was running out of lip balm, so I decided to try this one out and see what the big deal is. It moisturizes, protects my lips from the sun, and seems like a decent price ($12.16 for a pack of 12 so that's about $1.01 each). As you apply the lip balm onto your lips, you start getting an instant tingly/mint feeling wherever you applied the lip balm to. Lip balm is like toothbrush to me, their brand or how cheap they cost doesn't matter to me as long as they work. However, this lip balm is really different. Instead of a chore to remember to put on lip balm, I find it enjoyable with this one. It's a real nice feeling like the lap balm is working. I had really dry skin (so dry it hurts) on the sides of my mouth a few days ago and I immediately applied this balm and the skin on the sides of my mouth felt so much better. At the time that I bought these lip balm (back in December 2008), the Cherry flavor one had good ratings, but I went with the Original Flavor one, so I can't provide feedback on the Cherry flavor. I recommend the Original Flavor one, almost minty flavoring. Because I bought a pack of 12, I ended up giving away some as presents. These make pretty considerate stuffers. :)

I could not find these lip balms in a store, so buying a dozen will keep me supplied for awhile. Great deal too!

I suffer from really dry cracked lips made worse by a skin picking habit. I have always had chapped lips, practically every day of my life. I have tried so many chapsticks and nothing has worked for me. I’ve upped my hydration. I’ve tried lip scrubs, both store-bought and homemade. My lips were constantly peeling, burning, and at times even bleeding, and it was honestly embarrassing and I couldn’t do a thing to fix it. I found this chapstick on Amazon a week ago and for the first time in what seems like my entire life, I have had smooth and healthy lips and absolutely no desire to pick at them. Nothing else has changed aside from introducing this chapstick into my routine. This chapstick has a really nice cooling effect and it’s also long-lasting so my lips feel hydrated for several hours after applying it. I never thought I would find a solution to my problem, but this chapstick has been a game changer. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I am only writing this review in the hopes that someone like me sees it and buys it too. This is the one. You can rest now lol

Our family has been using this product for decades. All other lip balms fail in comparison. Heals as it moisturizes and stays on longer. Hard to find in most drug stores and this price is great.

I had never thought that any lip balm could be effective for the troubles that i was facing. Every now and then, my lips were getting chapped and I was tired of using other lip balms every 20 mins or so. Fortunately, Mentholatum lip balm came across. When they use the word medicated, it is so validated because of its effect on the lips. Great product. I will keep stock for probably next 5-7 years.

I've been using this lip balm for years. So glad it's available on Amazon because it has become hard to find. I find other lip balms to be too soft and they come off in 20 minutes. Natural Ice keeps your lips moisturized for hours and has a nice minty feel to it.

I have been using this product for over thirty years. There is no waxy feeling to it, and the menthol soothes chapped, burning lips instantly. I would cry if they ever discontinue this product, as I’ve never found anything that even comes close in effectiveness.

I have used it for probably 30 years and haven't had chapped lips since. I'm just sad that it cannot be found in stores in Canada anymore, but I just purchase it online from the company instead. Great product!

Best lip balm ever! It’s very cooling and continues to relieve dry lips for hours! Arrived earlier than expected and for that I’m very grateful. Great price as well! Will definitely order again!
