75429 Stinger 800-Lumen LED High Lumen Rechargeable Flashlight Without Charger, Black

I give this light five stars. It's very durable, and it's bright enough to wave down a 747 (ha!). I own several of these. I mainly use them at work for automotive repair. They hold up for years and years to all the crazy chemicals, being dropped, being on ALL day, and constantly being charged/ discharged. I sorta lied about 5 star battery life, but let me explain. This light is best with the lightweight lithium version of the battery. On the brightest setting, it will discharge a battery faster than anyone would like, but hold down the button to it's dimmest setting (still blinding bright) and the light will last many hours. I doubt there is any competition out there for other lights that can be this bright, small, and last that many hours. Great small flashlight for camping/ outdoorsing, but be sure to turn down the brightness if you need it to last for a long trek.

I have utilized these stinger flashlights for more years than I can remember and was so impressed the first time I tried one I have owned nothing but one since. No that I am retired I purchased a lower quality and expense flashlight, which failed me in a short amount of time compared to the stinger. I immediate purchased this stinger flashlight and will not attempt to purchase a lower quality flashlight again. The performance, dependability and longevity of the stinger flashlight has forever spoiled me.

Battery life is very good. Will give you about 1-2 hours of sustained illumination on a full charge. Brightness is excellent. It will hurt the eyes to the point of having to cover them and look away. Will give you spots in your field of vision for a couple minutes afterward. Durability is also excellent. I have dropped mine more than 6 feet to the concrete floor on more than one occasion. Also dropped it into vats full of oil, engine coolant, water, you name it. Streamlight takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin' These flashlights are not exactly cheap or affordable, but man, do they perform. Once you've used one, there is no going back. Especially if you are in a field of work where you often rely on a flashlight.

Great light and very bright. Battery last a decent while to start with but eventually the battery has to be replaced. Keep it off the charger as much as possible after its fully charged and the battery will last longer.

You may not of heard of Streamlight here in the UK, but if you live in the USA you certainly would have! This model the stinger is carried by just about every emergency responder over there! There is a reason for that to and once you get one you can appreciate why! Streamlight is a superior brand of torch/ flashlight and will last for years of hard use. The down side is that here in the UK they are not only expensive but hard to find ! Amazon has them of course but they are imports from Amazon US! Nothing wrong with that as shipping is fast and no customs worries, and from my experience takes less than 14 days? One thing to remember is these are rechargeable lights ,so many have 120v two pin mains leads that are no good here in the UK, but I found it was actually cheaper to buy the stinger on its own and buy the smart charger that way too! The smart charger is micro usb so you can use your smart phone charger with I micro USB cable again I recommend buying the Streamlight cable here on Amazon its cheap and fits the cradle snug,with a lock tab! Once you have all three items you will be glad of your purchase as it is a superior torch to almost all others ? I've had many Maglite torches over the years but I do prefer this brand now! If its good enough for the entire US police force its good enough for me? A trusted brand .
