Cheap plastic pump does not attach
The media could not be loaded. Pump does not attach to soap dispenser. It just spins around and never attaches. Cheap, and a waste of money.

Broken
Mine arrived with a broken pump apparatus. It was actually missing the spout portion and my efforts to obtain a replacement came to nothing. Very expensive for something that arrived defective.
