I love this product. I bought it 2 years back when I was moving to a different country. I still use this as my steamer when I get sick, for facial steaming & as humidifier. One of the best things I brought from India... The same thing would cost triple the amount in European countries. So this is good price for a good product!

I have purchased this product just a year ago. Now it doesn’t work anymore and when seeking customer care support , first have to email them and after which they list you 5 other additional steps like serial lot no , date of purchase , issue video , images etc and they only operate in Punjab, you got to bare to and fro courier charges if your from other state plus they don’t grantee you to resolve, they can send back the faulty product as it is back to you. This was my second purchase. I got the first product many years ago give it for my parents. For myself when I got the same product,the quality is questionable. I’m moving on with purchasing other brands to try. Rather wasting my time following up on the product which gives me no sureity of resolving .
