This cartridge worked better than the last HP original that I had. Blacks are solid.

The first one lasted 7335 pages, lasting long after a low toner message. It was still printing fine but I replaced it when there was streaking on the right side of the paper. After pulling it out it appeared that I could have cleaned toner residue on one of the exposed rollers. I just replaced it with the second one which I thought was defective at first. When I took it out of the wrapper the protective sleeve was not even inserted, don't know if that caused a problem. Then I installed it and it only printed very lightly so I ordered something else. Two days later I remove it and realized I didn't pull out the plastic strip on the side. All is well now!

Great price. These work very well. We had a couple that were light when printing and requested a replacement. Haven't seen the replacements yet but hoping the seller actually follows through. Leaving 4 stars because it's been 4 weeks and we have not seen the replacements yet.

My wife's job requires a great deal of printing. We've been buying these cartridges for years. They fit perfectly, last as long as the manufactures cartridge and the print quality is great.

This is the second time I’ve ordered cartridge replacements for my printer from this company. I have been very pleased with the quality in the number of pages you can print per cartridge as well as the ink. My only regret is that they do not have a company program to recycle the used cartridges.

I am very happy with this product so far. I have only inserted one of the cartridges and it works fine. The second one is a spare.

Far cheaper than authentic HP cartridges but perfectly fine for my use. Note: I have a home PC and I do not do much printing. I can't vouch for situations where a lot of printing is happening.

Less than honest supplier. No stars, if it were possible.The supplier for this item is not being truthful when they say it is compatible with the laserjet pro M401dw. IT IS NOT.
