Great can opener. Works really well for my pet food cans even the small ones. I need to use it slightly differently on small cans but once I figured out how to do it, it worked great. I've even used it on soda cans. Rarely have any issues getting it under the tabs. The grip is good and allows for the right angle under the tabs. And for the price it was totally worth it because frankly didn't want to spend $15 plus on a can opener.

I have trouble opening the sardine cans that contain the sardines I fed my dogs daily. I mostly had to have my husband do it for me. I’m 73, yeah, part of the problem. This works amazing!!!! So easy now! What a surprise how great this is!!

The opener arrived earlier than expected as it was ordered the weekend before Christmas. Works well and is used to open cans that have the pull ring as the ring is often hard to open. Works well but does take some strength.

Works great opening pop up cans and pop top drinks.

My hands are ever weaker and harder to close into anything resembling a grip. I've spent years using a fork to lever up pop tops on cans. This tool is So. Much. Better. It turns it into a painless matter of mere seconds to open a new can of cat food and though a little bulky, tucks away easily enough in the back of the silverware drawer. I love it enough that I got another one as a gift for a friend who has arthritis in her hands. How To's: You still need two somewhat working hands as you must hold the can steady while rocking the tool to lift the pop top. Then use your fingers to manually push the ring pull the rest of the way open, and return to the tool to pull the lid -most- of the way off. Finish with a manual pull again as the tool can send the lid flying across the kitchen. All this takes under 5 seconds without even trying to rush.

This actually works. Our older age group seems to be unable to easily open cans anymore, too weak or arthritic. The pull tabs on some are way too thick to heave open, especially on fruit or veggie cans. This item is very helpful to get under the ring and pull by rocking it back to open. It's made of a sturdy plastic and has a good grip handle. So glad to now have this.

I had a little trouble getting the soup can opened. It was more difficult than I expected it to be. If the contents had been more liquid it would have splashed out.

This is a great item and so much better than an alternative one that a friend let me try. Sometimes the ring is very close to the tin so I've occasionally used a knife to lift it slightly, but I've found it helps me remove lids with ease when my arthritis had me really struggling before. It's light and comfortable to grip as well.
