SNODE E20I Programmed Elliptical Exercise Machine, Eliptical Machine with 16 Resistance Levels Magnetic System, 300 lbs Weight Limit

Update - 12/1/20. still working fine, just as before. Didn't really use it from April - Oct. Starting to use it again for the winter. Used it about 5 times in the past week. Still works fine and feels fine to me. Gets my heart rate up and gets me sweaty. There is a louder creak coming from the right foot pedal. It was loud enough to be annoying. I tightened the bolts for the pedal and it went away. For a couple of uses. Now it is back. Will have to see if I can figure out what it is. I can move my foot around on the pedal and it comes and goes. Still have that slight clicking sound from the flywheel, but that still does not bother me.Snode e20iFirst, I wanted a machine that was narrow (to fit easily through room doors 28" wide) and not too long (60" or shorter). I looked at BowFlex Max trainers and some Horizon ellipticals and a ProForm HIIT Trainer Pro, but chose the Snode due to size and price. I liked the feel\movement of all the machines I tried, the BowFlex, Horizon and ProForm and was a little nervous about how the Snode would feel, not being able to try it out first.So.... the Snode was e20i was so easy to put together by myself. I found a video online of another similar model, but the assembly was the same (the electronics part was much easier that what they showed in the video) and it was very simple to do. (I would provide a link to the video, but Amazon does not allow this).The biggest issue is that something is bent and there is a slight wobble to the machine. The rear tube that rests on the floor is not flush evenly, the brace or bracket is connects to is bent or something. I can probably shim that up and make it even, but for now I have coaster on the floor. But the wobble is not really noticeable even without the coaster, slightly, but not enough to bother me while using it.The movement is....good. Not great, but good. Wish there was a little more stride length, but it still feels good. The movement is smooth and it is very quite, there is a slight "click" while peddling, but it is very slight and does not bother me at all.The other issue is the foot pedal size. I wear a 9.5 EE New Balance sneaker and there is no more side to side room for my foot at all. If you had bigger feet or shoes, you may have issues.The work out is good. I don't care about the heart rate monitor (it works fine, don't know how accurate is really is, but it feels like it is close). I am old..er....50's.....I ride road bicycles a fair amount and this is my...it is too cold outside to bike, winter, exercise machine, cause I don't like riding the trainer or stationary bike inside..)So, just need to see how this will hold up over time. I've only used it 4 times so far....30 min each time, but I feel that I get a good workout.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my initial review for the SNODE E20i Elliptical Machine, and I'll continue updating it as I use it.This could easily be the best bang for your buck when it comes to elliptical machines, probably the cheapest way to stay fit and burn fat. this elliptical machine is an amazing one. I've been using it non stop for the past month and I know it is a bit too soon to review it, but I had to, it changed my lifestyle to a more healthy one, because I hate jogging and running so this one is fairly easy to use and give you the same results if not better. We have been using this elliptical machine me and my wife for twice a day for the past month and it appears to do it's jog as it is intended. The only downside is that the the assembly part was a but challenging for me to put all those pieces together. Once it was fully assembled it was a joy to use.It got all the bells and whistles, it has backlit digital screen and has heart rate monitor plus it measures the distance, calories burned and time. Also it has Bluetooth and it's own health app which can be connected to your current google or apple health app, which is very nice touch, and big compartment to place your iPad while training. It's also very stable on the floor and has a good weight to it.Overall, great quality machine and If anything comes up I'll update my review. But as for now, it works very well for me and my wife. Besides, the price of the machine is very budget friendly and I highly recommend it.

I was looking for an elliptical machine for my wife during the work-from-home period. We did quite a thorough comparison between different companies and models. A bit surprised that majority of the product had less than 4 stars, but decided purchasing this product, E20i. One common recurring theme from the reviews I read was the prompt and kind feedback from the seller. Since it will be our first elliptical machine, we wanted to have a reliable technical support for the assembly as well as operation.The package was delivered surprisingly fast (within 48 hrs) and the box was taped quite thoroughly. All the components were wrapped well that no part was damaged or scratched. It ended up giving me a box full of wrapping materials - but I prefer that over damaged parts.The assembly was relatively simple - the booklet which came with the product as well as the youtube video were both helpful - but the assembly itself was quite straightforward and took less than an hour.During the assembly, I had one question - so I just called the customer support. No one picked up the call, but I was not really surprised since I called in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic and guessed they may be operating at a minimal level. My daughter figured out what was the issue, so we were able to finish the assembly. Later in the afternoon, Paul texted me and kindly asked whether there is anything he can help. He was quite polite and eager to provide assistance for any issues. At this point, I don't have any issues - but it was nice to confirm that all the positive reviews about Paul were true.All three of my family enjoyed the machine and so far all of us are quite satisfied! We are not sure about the noise issues some people raised in the reviews - either I was lucky to pick the product with less noise or maybe we are not really sensitive about sounds. The control panel is well-designed and self-explanatory. The slot was perfect for placing phones/tablets. I will write a follow-up review later - but so far we are extremely happy with our first elliptical machine!
