Can this be used on hair that is highlighted with bleach and 20 volume?

what's great is that Petter Coppola now has a formula for blondes which I would suggest using if you have a good amount of blonde highlights. But if your base isn't blonde but a brunette with blonde highlights your stylist would have to make that judgment. If you are blonde with blonde highlights then the blonde formula is a must. The reason why they created that formula is because from the past blondes found that the keratin treatment didn't last as long as someone who had darker hair. Blonder hair is naturally more porous so it was not holding onto the keratin. I hope this helps

SHAMPOO: Shampoo hair thoroughly once with the Clarifying ShampooTOWEL DRY: Towel-dry hair until there is no excess water (~ 70% dry) Squeeze hair with a towel, do not rubAPPLY (Part 1) Make sure tools are laid out properly and are easy to access. Shake Keratin Treatment tube well and pour 2 oz of product into tint bowlAPPLY (Part 2): Section hair into 4 sections. Front hairline to nape of neck. Apex of the head to just behind ears on each side of the headAPPLY (Part 3): After hair is in "touch up" sections, starting in the back right section, pull down 1" of hair and begin applying product just off the scalp through the ends of hair. Use a fine tooth tail comb to comb product into each section.PRO TIP: Make sure that there is complete coverage. Proper saturation is key, all of the hair must have product applied to it to perform correctly.PROCESS: After product has been applied, process hair according to the condition. My straightener doesn't get hot enough but my curling wand does. If I use my wand will I have even better curls after the treatment?

I don’t think so.  The purpose of flat ironing it is to seal that Keratin system on your hair strand. If your flat iron does not get that hot just do more passes with it.
