I never write reviews, but this product deserves one. I've had excema since I was young. I've done the steroid cream route, which helped when I was younger, but now that I'm an adult, I don't want to use that kind of product on my skin. Especially on my face. I'm not sure if it's the weather, stress or diet, but my excema randomly started getting bad for the first time in over 15 years. I tried my usual Aveno lotion and aquaphore trick, with little resolution. When I started to get it on my eyes (for the first time in my life) I decided to try something new. My lower eyes creases were so swollen, they started to crack and swell. I looked like I had been crying. My upper lids were red and puffy, so puffy that it was starting to obstruct my vision. Not good. If I put anything else on my face, it would burn and swell more. I just got this stuff on Thursday and now it's Saturday morning and I am almost clear! I have been applying it very liberally. Continuously applying, whenever I start to feel dry. I'll do a light layer of neosporin or aquaphore ointment over it. At night I apply this REALLY heavily, then cover with a heavy layer of aquaphore since the nighttime is when my skin dries out the most. My skin is still a little pink in places but it's new skin, it'll take time to heal completely. But I am no longer feeling like I need to keep my head down. My eyes are no longer swollen and red, and the bridge of my lose, my upper lip and my fingers are healing fast. It'll burn a bit if you get it directly in your eyes (but duh, it's not supposed to go in your eyes), but no other complaints. Oh and make sure you get the flare up treatment, not just the lotion. I will use the lotion on my face for maintenance but the flare up treatment is what you need if you have the painful cracking, dry, red, itchy and swollen patches. Buy it now!

I am a 64 year old woman who for some reason am getting all kinds of things happening to my body.I started getting these horrible dry patches on my face that even the expensive creams would not work. I even did the dermaplaning thing and all that did was make my face hurt worse. And looking in the mirror wasn't any better.As I was searching for the cause I came across "psoriasis". Sounds like a very yeuky thing. Well it doesn't look good with makeup on it. Anyway, this product popped up for Eucerin Eczema Relief Flare-up Treatment. It seems this product was good for psoriasis too. I received the product, washed my face and applied it before bed and for the next two days I did this. I will conclude this is the BOMB!!!!!! I have not gotten a new breakout since. Although it might help that I do apply it every 3 or 4 days just in case. It is NOT greasy. It is a very thick consistency so you don't have to use much at all, I use a pea size for my whole face. I hope this helps anyone who has the same problem.

I have eczema that gets really bad on my legs, very inflamed and itchy. I was fighting an outbreak that was so aggressive it would bleed cause I scratched so much. I have been using this for 3-4weeks, daily, and right now ... you'd never know i even had eczema! It's amazing, totally works for me!Before this, the only thing that even came close to clearing most of it or soothing the areas in any way was, pure shea butter and coconut oil, which can get super messy and really takes a long time to absorb. I didn't think to take before photos but it was basically a scaley welty mess.. and now it is smooth and i am 100% comfortable and rash free. Forever customer here!4 stars is not a product problem, but you can get a bottle that is almost tripple in size at Target for ten bucks. I'm glad i got this as a "sample" though.

I was impressed by how quickly it started working on my daughter's face. It was a bit pricey but worth it because it helps make her feel a little better in regards to breakouts.

Absolutely heaven sent love this product

I've been having some eczema flare ups with the colder weather and wanted to give this product a try. It is unscented and is fairly moisturizing, but it does not really heal or help clear up my eczema flare ups. I found myself having to reapply this product 3x/day just to keep the area moisturized. Although I'm not the biggest fan of how greasy feeling the CeraVe Healing Ointment is, it works much better to actually heal my eczema flare ups and I only have to apply it 2x/day, sometimes only once. I'll be using the CeraVe from now on.
