Review: Great whisks - I purchased the electric milk frother and the whisk attachment broke. After contacting foodville, they very kindly sent me two free whisk replacements. I was very pleased and impressed with their wonderful, courteous and caring customer service. I am being careful inserting and removing the whisks so as not to damage the plastic part or bend them. I am a bit afraid that the plastic part close to the insertion point is a bit fragile, so I’m being extra gentle with it. They are working great. Thank you. Review: We love our milk frother! - The handle is smooth, comfortable and easy to change speeds. Having both the frother and whisk attachment is so handy. I can quickly whip up a single serving of whip cream to top my frothy hot chocolate. I especially love having a rechargeable appliance that I do not have to struggle to find batteries for. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great whisks
I purchased the electric milk frother and the whisk attachment broke. After contacting foodville, they very kindly sent me two free whisk replacements. We love our milk frother!
The handle is smooth, comfortable and easy to change speeds. Having both the frother and whisk attachment is so handy. I can quickly whip up a single serving of whip cream to top my frothy hot chocolate. I especially love having a rechargeable appliance that I do not have to struggle to find batteries for. New tipe of whisk
We ordered the extra frother whisks after my wife accidentally bent the whisk while inserting it. New ones came in with rubber "circle" that serves as max i sertion point of the whisk to the handle. This way I know that when rubber touches the handle tip I dont have to push further. Good job improving this part!

Customer service was excellent
The first product I had was a complete disaster, as the shaft for the frothing head got stuck and was damaged as I tried to remove it. The company sent me a replacement head set, but then also sent me a new unit. This one works great, makes perfect foam. Great company!

DOES. NOT. FIT.
ordered exact replacement per site AND Amazon. Doesn’t fit. Completely different sizes AND coupler fittings. Poor quality. Won’t buy anything from this brand again. Original frother lasted 7 months.
