In a world of throw away junk products it's nice to have a writing instrument that harkens back to the days when people communicated by writing in cursive and actually speaking to each other rather than cryptic text messages. Here is a photo of a quality wring instrument.

I have a Shaeffer rollerball pen that is at least 30 years old, and this refill fits. It writes very smoothly.

I had gone to a local office supply store to purchase a refill for my Sheaffer, and they did not have any. Checked Amazon and found this refill. Very pleased, it's just as good as the brand name refill.

Fitted my Sheafer pen, I received two blue refills . I really wanted a black refill, a blue and black would have been better for me!

This refill is for my favourite pen of all time: a Sheaffer Award series rollerball. It’s long been discontinued however there are a couple of refills that will fit. I chose this one in spite of it being described as “fine point” because medium point was not available. (I’ve always found fine point pens to be scratchy and tiring to write with.) Surprise! When it arrived I was very happy first of all that it fit, and then SUPER happy it is actually MEDIUM point. AWESOME!
