Q: If I order more than one pack, would each pack be keyed differently?

Bought two packs, while the two locks in a single pack are keyed differently, the second pack locks were identical to the first pack.

Q: Will it fit on small firearm case?

It depends on the case. I tried them on a hard side equipment case and found the shackle to be too short to open and close the case properly. I bought another product so the TSA wouldn't have too hard a time with it on two locks (one on each side). This product is nicely made but it didn't work out in my situation.

Q: What is the hasp thickness on mm on these locks?

I have no idea but can tell you that I had to return a previous lock set because the U-ring was too thick to go through the holes on a fishing tackle box. This lock is much smaller and consequently the U-ring is thinner as well and it worked on the tackle box.
