Use a larger portion of hair for less defined curls. If you hair becomes tangled, the automatic curler will beep continuously and the display will read RESET. Bulky to use, can be time consuming
Liked the fact that it's all automatic, there are no places you can burn yourself. It does take a bit of practice and depends on your hair type also. Do read the instructions, they are a bit brief so youtube videos might help. Need to take smaller sections of hair. ADDITIONAL: when unplugged setting is gone and every time you use settings have to be redone, also now having used the iron small sections need to be used or unit tangles and finding this device is becoming bulky to use, think long straight hair and not layered hair is probable a better idea. Just more trouble than it is worth.

Curls ok but the constant beep is annoying
Overall curls well, but my curl last longer with my chi air. Also the beeping on this one is very annoying. If you get up early it will wake anyone nearby. I am quite capable of knowing how long to keep it in my hair.

Love this product. Get many compliments and salon quality curls for a girl who has no hand eye coordination like myself. Funky first time figuring out how it works but so easy once you get the hang of it. Probably one of my favorite things I’ve bought on amazon and would reccommend to everyone.
