Does this product contain silicones?

While we don’t load our shampoos and conditioners with silicones, some of them do contain small amounts to help provide extra conditioning benefits. We do have a line called Shea Soft & Smooth which is silicone free. We hope this helps!

Would this work on an African American girl with relaxed hair

I am a African American woman and I am relaxed as well. If you rinse it out your hair will feel like butter and if you leave it in your hair it will stay moisturized for about 4 days at least my did.. I love this stuff.
