NOT 295 pound capacity
This is a light duty tool chest, contrary to what the description says. The actual load capacity is 154 pounds per the instruction book, and the feel of the item confirms that.Considering that it's light duty, it's okay for what it is. It's a good size for a small area or people with a collection of smaller tools. It's not going to fit a bunch of power tools.The finish is a nice powder coat, the drawers have ball bearings. The side panels are thin, and the right side access cover, which you remove to get the top chest of of the bottom cabinet, is held on by two little screws and two tiny tabs. The wheels are sturdy. All four wheels swivel, and two have locks.

My Review
Overall, the two cabinets are worth the money as I compared to Home Depot, Lowes, and harbor freight. This is not a chest you want in a working garage, too week. For my basement, it is great. The cabinets came a bit dented in the back and one draw was not positioned correctly. I had to figure out how to place back together the sliding mechanism on one lower drawer, right side. Took awhile, but better then sending the whole unit back. And taking the upper chest from the lower chest is a real pain, not sure of this benefit. I would purchase again given my same circumstance.

Nice box and cart holds alot
After i was able to get the tool box out of the cart and get it put together all seamed to work ok. I was missing the side hooks on the box. I contacted customer service and they got back to me with a partical refund if i would get them myself. Customer service offer was great. I was down sizing and it is a great tool box and cart for the money.

Worth the price
Bought this for our son and he loves it. Took only about 10 minutes to assemble.

Shorter than expected.Lightweight and unstable.Top does not attache to rolling bottom.

You only get half what you order
Bad review .. I have only recieved the bottom half of the tool chest .. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever encountered. Daughter just opened the gift today and all that was there was the bottom half.. Very upset
