Really sticks in your shoes. Be sure you have it placed right because there it will stay. They were a bit too thick for me and my feet ached after a few hours of standing. To be fair, I've had extensive damage to my feet due to a car crash some years ago. I gave them to a friend and she felt they were helpful. (Suggestion: place them in with masking tape and wear for a bit before committing to pulling off the paper backing.)

Used a pad where I was having a problem on the ball of my foot. Made the pressure worse. Too hard and stiff.
