Are they shimmery at all?

The Azure color is shimmery. It has silverish flecks.

Yes! They look like the kind that twist up, but they're not. They are easily sharpened. I have six colors and I love them.

Yes, to a degree. My eyes water a lot, and so long as I don't rub them where the makeup is, the makeup stays put, and stays dark. If I do rub my eyes a lot, the makeup does wear off after a while, but never totally. It's really the best for someone like me, who has a hard time keeping makeup on.

Do these colors contain glitter? In the sample pictures they look like they're sparkly and I'm looking for office appropriate.

I bought the black and it doesn't contain glitter. But I believe there is also a black that does. Unless it says it does it doesn't.
