Sirdar Snuggly Crofter DK, Benji (193), 50g

I bought this wool for a blanket I've crocheted for the baby I'm expecting. It is such lovely wool and the colours give a lovely pattern! I wanted an interesting coloured blanket without having to change the wool- this was perfect!I used 6 balls for this 'crib sized' blanket (I did not check the weight of the wool before starting and did choose a thread heavy stitch but would 100% make the same decision as the blanket is beautiful!)The 7th ball of wool I used to make a new born born and 3-6 month hat. I would say i have enough wool for another new born hat, so have got 3 hats from one ball.The wool is very soft. It's been through the washing machine and washed really well. In the images, the blanket has been through the wash but the new born hat is yet to be.

The yarn is really soft and lovely to crochet with. I'm crocheting my first ever hat for my little one and it looks very pretty even if I say so myself. 🙂Arrived promptly, vaccum packed, was fun to open.The colours are very subtle and pleasing on the eye.... Would definitely buy again

This yarn came up when I was searching for cotton yarns, so I was a bit disappointed to see it is an acrylic-nylon blend.I bought it anyway because I liked the colour, it doesn't feel like plain acrylic yarn, it's very soft so don't let that dissuade you.It's very easy to work with and there hasn't been any bobbling on my project yet.

This wool knits and crochets up very well. I needed a extra ball as I had run out.

Sirdar make lovely wool

Photo showed 2 balls of wool for the price. Still expensive but when it arrived only one ball in the pack. Very disappointing.

My local independent yarn shop is a snob about acrylic fibers but when knitting a baby sweater this is what’s needed. The yarn is soft and easy on one’s hands.

Die Wolle ist super zum Stricken, schöne Farbverlauf, jedoch ziemlich teuer, wenn man überlegt, dass es ca. 50% teurer als in Großbritannien ist! Resultat von Brexit...

Ho comprato due colori diversi. Uno erà più luminoso dell l'altro. I gomitoli hanno 50g però sono abbastanza grandi. La lana è morbida e si lascia lavorare bene. Sono sodisfatta

Dovrebbe trattarsi di un pacco da 5 gomitoli (per un totale di 250 g di filato, come indicato in maniera precisa nel titolo di descrizione del prodotto), in realtà è stato spedito solo un gomitolo (50 g di filato). Si tratta quindi di un articolo ingannevole. VENDITORE INAFFIDABILE ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO.
