Question 1

product "may have dings from mishandling in India". can't seller ensure that product is carefully packed before shipping so that it is not dinged?

Accepted Answer

It takes a lot of time, effort, skill and workmanship to create each dispenser. We treat each dispenser as a masterpeice and pay attention to each and everyone of them. The cost of the dispenser is just not for copper but providing an excellent product that you can use for generations. Hope you will appreciate this fact and enjoy the dispenser for generations to come.

Question 2

How do you order an extra spiggot and top screw?

Accepted Answer

Our customer service number 212-202-0225 accepts voice calls, SMS, Text Messages, Whatsapp, Skype or Google Hangout calls. Feel free to contact us for any issues and we will be happy to help. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Question 3

How is this shipped to ensure no damage? can you pay extra for more robust packaging? finally, where is it shipped from?

Accepted Answer

We have been constantly striving to avoid damages occuring during shipping. We have reinforced our packing in the original printed boxes and also included a strong brown cardboard box to prevent any damage to the printed box and the unit inside.
These dispensers are orginally shipped from India. We open and inspect EACH & EVERY dispenser for damages before they are shipped to Amazon warehouse to be shipped to the end user.
Initially Amazon use to put the dispenser boxes in a bigger shipping box before shipping to the customer. But lately we noticed that they started putting shipping labels on the printed box of the dispenser which is not fit for shipping thus exposing to a greater risk of getting damaged. This forced us to include an additional brown box to protect the entire printed box and the dispenser within.

Hope this helps.

Question 4

Why wont it let me ship to california?

Accepted Answer

Amazon has mistakenly restricted this product from being sold in the state of California.
We are working deligently with Amazon to remove this restriction. We expect this restriction to be lifted soon. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.
Hope this helps.
