Q: It states extra thick timbers in the description but no values, can you tell me how thick the timbers used for the seating area are please?

3cm. Am 18st and confident in its ability to support me without fear of collapse.

Q: Although this bench has been treated, would it need extra treatment if it is going to be exposed all year round to the elements?

Our bench has been exposed to the north of Scotland weather since march and is still as good as new

Depends how wide the three people are. It can seat three, it’ll be a little tight, but my wife and I (6ft 4inch & 200 lbs, that’s I) have lots of room and a dog between us to. It’s sturdy so it should take three people weighing about 140 lbs, but perhaps not enough width if the weight is comprised of short and wide. Hope hat helps?

Q: Is it green? Or just a mild treatment?
