My liver values have increased, due to usage of this product.

I purchased them when I had sleeping issues. Even when I ate 3-4 gums I couldn't sleep. I used for almost a month but no use. Last month while cleaning my fridge I found the bottle whichbwas half full. I had to throuthem all. Writing this review after almost a year. Expensive and useless. Just medidate, worry less, eat curd rice.

It works for me but please be sure to take it before bed time, not too late or too early. I did notice that I had a hard time waking up. That can be easily solved by getting at least 8 hours of sleep.

I struggle with sleep - even without drinking much caffeine in the afternoons. I decided to give these a try over the generic melatonin I’d been using in the past from Walmart. I’m not usually a gummy person, but these are great. They taste almost like candy, but not nasty in some other gummy ways. There’s no aftertaste and no sugary coating on top. The bottle is easy for an adult to open, but still a little challenging for kids. The size of the each gummy is manageable, and the color is as to be expected. Overall a pleasant alternative to the pills I’ve used in the past, no bitter taste, and they’ve very effective. I fall asleep much more quickly! I haven’t had wonky dreams and I also don’t feel groggy waking up in the middle of the night if one of my kiddos needs me.

Olly sleep gummy is the only brand of sleep gummy I likes and have been purchasing from Amazon whatever it us on sale ! I have sleep problem for years , one of my friend referred this to me many years ago! I love how it taste! No side affects and no addiction to it! Easy to swallow ! It definitely helps me calm down 30 months before I go to bed and make me sleep faster and sleep better throughout the night!

Not sure why I got sleep gummies cos it’s not the most convenient to have to brush your teeth again after popping them. As with most sleep supplements it gave me crazy dreams

I’ve been taking these before bed for a couple of weeks, and they really help me relax and fall asleep faster. The blackberry flavor actually tastes good, which makes it easy to stick with. I still wake up once in a while, but overall my sleep feels deeper and I’m less groggy in the morning. My wife tried them too and said she noticed a difference after a few nights. The only thing I’d change is the price since the bottle doesn’t last super long, but they work well for what they’re meant to do.
