This is a great item. I have constant eye styes and this is the best thing that gives me releif and the value is great for the money$. I went to a large retailer that I know carries them and as usual not in stock. Ordered it here and had it that evening.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Product arrived without seal on either side of package (see pictures) and one of the sealing stickers seemed like it had sawdust on it? The sawdust part is especially concerning seeing as how this is something that goes NEAR MY EYE. On top of it all, as you can see in the photo, it has maybe 1/5, if I’m being generous, of the beads as shown in the picture. There is barely one layer of beads. It has so few beads I could count them easily. It is almost entirely air. I don’t feel safe to microwave it. Absolutely useless

Great product, good heat, works better than a warm wash cloth & heat lasts longer. Do not over heat in microwave, I found out the hard way & popped the first one. I left the blue cloth cover on, heated for 9 seconds, shook it, flipped it & heated for another 9 seconds with great results. I have found the little "balls" inside the plastic after heating & reheating do not last. I'd say probably about 25-30 heating cycles until the balls were gone & the plastic popped. I have since then ordered another 2 pack. One of the best things I've found for reducing eye styes. Doctor recommended these along with cleaning eyes with Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo. Have definitely cut back on the styes since using the baby shampoo. Would order again.

Had a stye for the first time ever recently and not only was it uncomfortable, it was also hideous. I used this product as a recommendation from my SIL who is an optometrist and it did wonders to relieve the pain and also bring down the swelling. It is easy to use, it is reusable, and definitely worth the purchase.

I have conjunctival cysts in both eyes, and I require warm compresses every day for at least 10 minutes. These warming compresses are the softest and most comforting that I have found. I've tried them all, but these are my favorites. They are a little pricey, and they wear out after a while, but I always keep a pair around to rotate with my other compresses. I use these when my eyes are bothering me the most because they are the most comforting. You have to be careful not to microwave them for longer than 20ish seconds or they will explode little beads all over the outer cover. I like that they can be heated with the covers on. I used to get them from the drug store, but I can't find them there anymore. I'm glad I can find them here.

This eye compress warms up quickly and feels soothing when I use it for dry eyes or mild irritation. It does hold heat for a bit, but not as long as I’d like, so I have to reheat it a few times during one session. The fabric is soft and comfortable, which is a nice touch. It’s reusable and easy to clean, but I wish the warmth lasted longer for the price. Overall, it works okay but isn’t a total game changer.

Really like this - easy to use and heats up well in the microwave. Much better than using a warm towel. I do caution that it gets hot fast - so the recommended 10 second increments should be followed to avoid overheating.

Terrible product and customer service!!! Heat pack exploded after 5 seconds in the microwave, tried for a replacement and was denied! Will not purchase again!!!!

For the price I have paid, it wasn't useful at all. broke in less then 2 weeks, bursted in my microwave. is for one eye only, which doesn't provide relief for both sides.

Would have been nice to have it more than a day !!! Put it in the microwave 5 seconds and the inside exploded. So sad!
