Massage and knead the balm into the skin to help it penetrate, especially on damaged and chafed areas. For the first 4 days of each week use LOTUS AROMA Foot Care Restorative Balm with AHA, then switch to LOTUS AROMA Foot Care Moisturizing cream for the next 3 days. For external use only.
