Amscan Flings Bin - Recycle Patented Pop-Up Trash Bin, 22 x 15 x 10/13 Gallon, Green

I purchased this to use for my daughters birthday party to collect the recyclables. I was disappointed in that I didn't get the recycle theme bag shown in the photos, but instead a generic black/white theme. I love the concept of Flings bags - we use them for parties and camping, however I was specifically looking for the recycling bag and didn't receive it and after reading other reviews it seems to be an issue people have had. So if you are just looking for a generic bag and it doesn't matter the design - then go for it! But if you want the specific recycling bag, maybe check another listing.

I have had one of these for several years that I use just for recycling mail, small cardboard food boxes, and other miscellaneous papers. It is perfect for that use. I bought a replacement because I am thinking I may need to retire the old one. One note of warning, the metal reinforcements on the inside are very sharp like a razor. I covered mine with clear packing tape after I cut my finger clearing out the bin into my recycling can.

This is the best pop-up recycle can I've ever used cause I use them over and over.

This is not a durable item to be used over and over again. You would recycle this along with the cans and bottles after two or three uses or a weelend campung trip.. It's not something that you would pack up and bring home with uou. You need the more expensive one vor that.

I was very disappointed with this product. I wanted a reusable collapsible recycle bin to take camping with us. This arrived today and it would be just fine for a one time use and I believe that's what it's made for, but it isn't stated this way in the description. For a few more dollars, there are collapsible recycle bins of much better quality available and I've already ordered one. Just know what you need and what you're getting before you purchase this.

I absolutely love these! They hold up really well and they're easy to move around. I love that they have "recycle" on them so company won't throw their trash in them (like they did when I used small garbage cans for my recycling).My husband and I live in a small apartment and these work really well in our kitchen area. We have three (one for plastic, one for glass, and one for aluminum) and once they're full we empty them into garbage bags to take it all to the recycling center. We have reused the Flings Bins for over a year and they are just now needing to be replaced.

This is a nice re-usable bag/container, stands on its own. I use it at home and once it is filled, it fills a tall kitchen bag with recyclables, which I can then take to the building recycling bin. Keeps the little area I have it neat, keeps pets out of it.

These bags are fabulous! I started recycling for the first time after buying these. They make the whole process as easy as taking out any other garbage bag. For me, it is worth the [...] per bag that I spend to have a fresh recycling bag every week instead of using a second plastic garbage can, for recycling, that will end up stinky and a pain in the butt to dump in the downstairs recycling bin, only to have to carry it back upstairs. Am I lazy? Yes, sir! Anything that makes recycling EASY, as well as STYLISH is definitely for me. I never knew how much recyclable materials my family threw in the trash before we started using these bags. GREAT INVENTION and WORTH the investment!
