Pokemon Emerald Version (Renewed)

This was wonderful! I recently refurbished a Gameboy I bought off of Craigslist and I wanted to play Emerald on it, but I couldn’t just part with my old save file. So I ended up biting the bullet and hoping this one would work. It works amazingly! I’ve never had any problems with it and the game cartridge is 100% authentic (you can tell my the numbering code in the top corner). Definitely would purchase from here again!

Item was in near mint condition, plays and saves great no issues whatsoever, nostalgia at its finest, ill be back for another purchase thats for sure

The cartridge took at least 5 different tries to start. It kept saying there was no cartridge and then at the start menu the auido glitched and i had to restart.Plays good so far, got the 1st badge. Just scared me a bit at the beginning.

I'm giving 3 stars due to its in great shape, appears authentic (will have someone verify later) however the battery is dead even though the description clearly says NEW BATTERY. This does NOT have a new battery. Would have been 5 stars if battery wasn't dead. Now I have to take it to a store and have them out a new one in for an additional fee.

Was the real deal with a brand new battery my brother loved it.

In the description of the item it says they replaced the battery even though when I turned on the game the first thing it said was the battery has run dry time based events won’t work. For 300 USD. They should at least follow what is in the description. I will be keeping the game and replacing the battery myself

I can find no discernable problems with the cart I received. No scratches. No issues with the sticker. The in-game time functions perfectly. If you want the original, authentic Pokemon emerald experience.. this is it. I could not be happier.

Honestly gotta say I’m a little disappointed. I trusted Amazon as a big name seller however the product wasn’t as expected. Being 300$, that’s a way higher price than competitors. I went with Amazon because I trusted them. The cartridge came cracked in two place. On top of that the battery they put inside looked like it was soldered by a beginner. It is authentic and works as described but I wish I had gone with another seller.
