Sivan Health & Fitness 5- Piece Essentials Yoga Beginners Kit

I bought the Sivan Health and Fitness kit from Amazon and it was shipped through prime as quickly as expected. The kit itself is a great tool for beginners like myself, however I didnt need the blocks or strap in yoga class since it was provided. However, using the blocks at home works very well. The foam is sturdy and soft to the touch. The strap is not as long as the ones we have in class, and depending on the moves/poses you use them for, youll DEFINITELY need a thicker, higher quality strap.The mat itself is just cushioned enough to protect your knees, but not so thick that you cant feel the floor. It does not slide around on the floor in my yoga class, but I HIGHLY recommend getting a yoga towel to prevent your hands from slipping during down dog/planks or similar poses. This is the most often cause of injury in yoga, slipping. You hands will get wet, moist, due to heat or sweat and you will not be able to hold pose long or properly. This is a problem with a lot of mats, not just this one. Unless you feel like paying well over $100 for an excellent mat, this is a great alternative for beginners, with the proper towel.All in all, its a great basic product if you are new to yoga and not willing to invest big bucks into more expensive products.

I don't have any experience with yoga mats really so all I can say is that this does the job for me. I'm a beginner, which is why this is for beginners... Comfortable, pretty color, doesn't have some crazy odor other people have complained about. And the tote bag is a plus for storage or if I ever get brave enough to go to a class.

This is a great starter kit for Yoga. It has everything you really need. I recommend it for anyone who wants to start learning Yoga, but doesn't think they are extremely flexible yet as the blocks will be very useful. It is a good quality, and wipes off easily with a baby wipe or Clorox wipe.

Nice set. All components are high quality. I bought this as a starter set since I am new to yoga, but I don't see the necessity of upgrading. Strap is particularly nice and strong.

High quality, perfect set...at unbelievable price! This set has every thing one needs for their yoga practice. Personally, I skipped the bag and have the set in a backpack. Really good quality, the mat rolls out perfectly and the blocks are exactly the right size for me for balancing. Thank you.

Love the carry case, rolls easily, flattens with no curling. Not sure what the blocks are for but I'm sure I'll find out. I'm a SUPER beginner if that makes sense. LOL

This is a nice yoga set for a beginner starting out since it has everything you need but an outfit. ;) also good for an experienced yogi if they just wanna start again with an all new matching set. good quality, good price, good deal.

I loved it the first few days but there’s holes in it and it hasn’t been a full week of use.
