It is a nice product, just not for my specific needs
Had to return it because it was TOO heavy (almost 2 lbs) and not HOT enough. It takes me a while to dry my hair so the weight was an issue for me. It is reasonably quiet though, quieter than most cheaper CONAIR/REVLON brands you'd find in local drug stores or department stores. It is a nice product, just not for my specific needs.

I LOVE THIS BLOW DRYER!
Many blow dryers are too hot. I wanted this for a hood. My old dryer was too hot and I couldn't use it. This can be regulated from cool to too hot also, but there is something nice in between, simply warm. Best blow dryer I have ever had.
