Great snack alternative to crisps or nuts
These are great. I am trying to lose weight, and wanted a snack to replace kettle chips, but that had more nutrition. These are perfect. 25g is a great snack size, and 104 cals, 3g of fibre and over 10g of protein. They are tasty and satisfy my snack craving, but without being so delicious that I want to eat the whole bag. Will certainly be buying again, but this is a big bag, may take a while.

Nice but not as salty as expected
These are great for my bariatric lifestyle. To snack on but the salt is almost non existent Could do with some added even after shaking the bag. Not sure I’ll buy again. Sorry

Sono molto buoni, io li uso anche come snack al posto di patatine/pop corn per avere un qualcosa da sgronocchiare mentre guardo un film che non sia troppo calorico o troppo sbilanciato nei grassi e zuccheri. Essendo comunque un legume non appesantiscono, però non se ne riesce a mangiare tantissimi, di solito mi fermo a 20 gr perché comunque riempiono abbastanza. Come gusto non sono troppo salati, e sono molto crunchy. Hanno circa 13 gr di proteine su 30 gr di prodotto con pochi grassi e carbo ideali se si vuole chiudere la giornata e compensare magari le proteine che rimangono
