Great snack alternative to crisps or nuts
These are great. I am trying to lose weight, and wanted a snack to replace kettle chips, but that had more nutrition. These are perfect. 25g is a great snack size, and 104 cals, 3g of fibre and over 10g of protein. They are tasty and satisfy my snack craving, but without being so delicious that I want to eat the whole bag. Will certainly be buying again, but this is a big bag, may take a while.

Healthy snack alternative
Edamame beans aka soy beans. Nice and crispy and make a great healthy snack alternative. Full of protein, and a complete source of protein too which is unusual for plant proteins. Minimal salt, so you might want to add your own seasoning, but also great just as they are as a crunchy little snack.

Nice but not as salty as expected
These are great for my bariatric lifestyle. To snack on but the salt is almost non existent Could do with some added even after shaking the bag. Not sure I’ll buy again. Sorry

I bought a pack of roasted edamame beans on a recent trip to the USA and was glad to see this bulk pack was significantly cheaper. They may not be particularly pretty, but they are very tasty. Definitely just lightly salted as they say, they aren't going to be like your regular crisp which I love. Perfect addition to my lunch box as a quick afternoon snack (not the whole pack of course!).
