4SFSCW135 CamSquare Square Food Storage Container (4-Quart, Polycarbonate, NSF)

This is a great container to bulk ferment my sourdough in. A little large for my needs (500g flour loaves) but other than that, it's perfect.

This container has been very helpful with my sourdough loaf proofing! The labeled measurements have allowed me to see exactly when my dough has doubled in size without guessing. I also like like I can see when it has bubbles and proofing is finished. Easy cleanup and it also seems durable. Will be buying more to do more dough at the same time. Great product!

I use this as my kitchen counter trash catch-all. It fits perfectly next to my stove top against the wall. My cutting board sits right in front of it. The tall rectangular shape takes up way less room then a round bowl. I throw onion skins, vegetable roots and ends, carrot peelings, used paper towels, whatever into it a la Rachael Ray. When it's full I walk it over and dump it into the large garbage bin at the other side of the kitchen area. I rinse it out with a few drops of Dawn, towel dry and throw it back on the countertop. Always looks good as new. The polycarbonate material doesn't retain any odors and you'd have to work at it to scratch it. The size and shape are perfect. I'm sure it's great for food storage, stocks and soups as well, but this baby's too big for my refrigerator.

Perfect for sourdough

The bin itself is sturdy and the markings are very clear. I purchased this for bulk rising dough. I probably won't use it very often so I'll keep it, but it does contain BPA. There was a sticker on the container, and there is a very vague mention of this in the product description. I would not suggest long term food storage or frequent use for direct contact with food.

Bigger than I expected, but that's cool.

I use this to mix bread dough and to let the dough rise in it. The clear sides and the volume markings make it easy to see when dough has increased 50% or doubled or whatever the recipe calls for. It is sturdy. Easy to clean. I would have liked a top for it, but I just cover my dough with Saran Wrap instead. This works fine for my purposes.

Item is clearly pictured with lid but you have to buy separately which is ridiculous! Just put a lid on it and charge for it! Who wants a food storage container without a lid?? Now another delivery just for the lid. Also, overpriced, just go get something from the supermarket.

Pictures show the container with a silicone cover. There was no such cover in delivery.

キャンブロの2Lと4Lの四角い容器を購入しました。 ■いいところ ・浄水器を通した水を冷蔵するために使用、とにかく大容量でコンパクト ・透明なのがとても便利。洗いやすさもある ・片手でも扱える形状 ・価格はステンレス容器よりも安価 ・別売りの蓋は2種類、水漏れがないタイプ（紫）と置くだけ（緑）のものがあった。どちらも便利 ・見た目がインダストリアルデザイン感高めでカッコイイ ■気になる部分 ・プラスチックなので健康への影響が心配。トライタン製があればいいな ・実物を知る機会が皆無。買ってみるまで使い勝手がイメージできなかった ・蓋の入手性に難あり ■ふつうなところ ・底はデコボコした加工になっていた。芸が細かい ・数値の目盛りは片方だけ塗装されたもの。もう片方は透明の立体で塗装なし ・樹脂の厚みは過不足なし。中間にある筋が持ち手も兼ねている。そこが洗いにくいかな ・密閉タイプの蓋は開けるのに力が要るものの、多少傾けたくらいでは水漏れしません ・2～3.5Lの水を貯めるのに使っていますが、縦長で四角い容器は珍しいです ご参考まで。それではごきげんよう！
