I bought this in desperation after I had purchased the official Garmin Dual HR chest strap and had nothing but problems connectivity wise(seriously-avoid).This chest strap has given me no problems whatsoever over a month of regular use.When you connect the press studs it gives you a double beep as confirmation it is working. After disconnecting you get a single beep to confirm cessation.It connects to my Garmin Instinct 2 Solar every time and remains connected through my workouts. This is welcome when you're fitting a run in before work and haven't got time to faff around. My chest strap from Garmin did neither of these things.From all reports the battery should last around 6 months (remember to disconnect the pod from the strap after your workout). I see no reason to doubt this. Edit:I see that someone is saying in their review to take out the battery after every use. This is nonsense.One bonus I've noticed is that my workout data now shows respiration. I had heard that only official Garmin straps allowed this data to be recorded so to get it from the COOSPO is a nice addition.All in all I'm very pleased with this strap and can recommend it to any other runners looking for a low priced heart rate chest strap.

I've owned this monitor for two years now and it been faultless, as long as you do a couple of important things. Firstly wet the strap before you put it on... I just dip my fingers under the tap and draw them along the back of the strap.It auto senses when you put it on and starts automatically with a beep and then bluetooth broadcasts your HRI had previously been using my garmin watch to measure HR and connect to my Rowing machine, however I found these readings were pretty unreliable, this on the other hand is very accurate, if I'm doing an interval workout for example the HR rise and fall is tracked perfectly.Now here's the second thing you must do... take the battery out each time you finish using it, its as simple as giving it a twist with you thumbnail. The device is supposed to auto switch off when you take it off, but even if you unclip the sensor connectors, it sometimes starts picking up stray signals, probably cos its a bit sweaty! I take the bat out each time and they last over a year, and I work out at least 5 times a week.It broadcasts two different signals, either of which work, and makes it compatible with a very wide range of devices. I use it with my Garmin watch ans Concept PM5 rowing monitor with no problems at all.Much cheaper than other devices I have seen ands makes you workout data so much more meaning full knowing the HR data is spot onIn SummaryPROSVery accurate and reliable if you wet the contact surfacescompatible with wide range of devices using dual protocol signalsLong Battery life- AS long as you take the battery out each time!CONSNo on/off switch, so you need to take the battery out each time to ensure it doesn't run the battery down (....did I mention that?!)

Firstly I bought this to replace a long line of Garmin fabric straps... I was getting sick of the fabric strap failing and then the strap alone costing about £30 to replace. Finally the last one in my stash died and when I checked it was over £60 at the time for a new one (prob due to covid!)I decided to try one of these instead - for the price and the number of 5* reviews I didnt think I could go far wrong and so far (maybe 7-8 months of use) its been spot on.I use it for cycling and running (and some gym work)I have various head units: garmin fenix 6, garmin edge 830 and wattbike and all work perfectly with it. I have also paired with my phone over bluetooth and it works great.Strap actually holds a lot better than the garmin fabric one: doesnt slide when running, and it also stays put on the odd occasion I use the rowing machine for an extended period (The garmin strap was good for about 20 mins then would start to slip and need constantly hitching up - this just sticks in place - maybe cos the strap is more stick plastic/rubber than fabric). I also do a lot of crossfit and hiit sessions which can get quite aggressive with stop/starts and bouncing around and ive never had to repositionPros:- stays in place with very little correction required even for vigorous sports- Light flashes when the device is on- audible beeps when it connects/disconnects (massive plus over the garmin as you never knew if it was your strap, the sensor or headunit that was failing to pick up the signal)-relatively low profile- easy to wash- I used for maybe 8-10hrs per week... and have had to change the battery 1x so far. And given the audible beep when you connect the sensor to the strap to wake it up it was obvious the battery was dead.Ive been tempted by the garmin ultimate strap but this one is perfectly adequate and ive seen it on offer for £20 and bought a spare already. Lets see if it lasts longer than the 15 month average i used to get out of my garmin strapsUpdate: 2 years on its finally died entirely. I replaced battery and the unit just beeped...and beeped and beeped until it drained the battery. Replaced battery again and now it just doesnt work at all. No idea what the warranty is as listing doesnt say, but im now using the spare i bought.

I lost my Garmin HRM unit, so wanted a replacement and saw some good reviews of this item, which was much cheaper than a replacement Garmin unit and had both Bluetooth and ANT+.It seemed to work ok for a month, but then started reading very low, only showing readings of between 90 and 110, whatever my level of effort. This is when riding on Zwift or using my Garmin head unit on an outdoor ride.I replaced the battery and also tried both Bluetooth and ANT+, but nothing fixed the issue.I have since found my old Garmin HRM unit and compared the Coospo device with the Garmin and my watch. The Garmin and watch always show similar readings, but the Coospo device always shows between 90 and 110, whether resting or working out.I'm so glad I found my trusty old Garmin unit, as this Coospo unit is just not fit for purpose.

I have only owned this for a short period and used it 3 times, however it links up to my Garmin computer and Zwift set up easily. I’ve had both Garmin and Wahoo HR monitors which cost 3 times as much and experienced issues, either with connectivity, variability of heart rate detection (Garmin could take up to 15 minutes to properly register my heart rate, as in it would stick around 80 then suddenly jump up to the correct rate.I’m working on basis if I get 6 months to a year’s use out of this it’s worth the £26.

Brilliant HRM , I have bought expensive HRM in the past only to be frustrated by pairing and operational issues but this HRM has been brilliant. I have been using on aregular basis for seven months for cycling and running and it hasnt let me down once , it connects first time , accurate readings, and comfortable to wear. Great HRM at an excellent price.

Had this a six months now, connects to my bike every time and just works. I did take the battery out each time after using after reading another review, however i stopped doing this and have left the battery in for the past 3 months and its still showing 100%. Would happily recommend.

I got my COOSPO in Oct 21 to use while on my rowerg and it worked OK for a good while, and it still does, to an extent.However, now it is erratic, and flits between giving solid results for a workout (now rarely), to locking out or "freezing" at random value (more common these days).Changing the battery doesn't change the behaviour of my COOSPO, unfortunately, so a battery can theoretically last for a good period.I do use another HRM, so I can see when the COOSPO bpm readings go erratic.

Tras muuuchos años usando sensor de pecho a la hora de medir los datos del puso cuándo entreno, no quiero otro sistema. El problema viene cuando las marcas como Garmin, Polar, Suunto etc piden auténticas salvajadas por sus medidores de frecuencia cardíaca.Compré este para sustituir un viejo Polar y funciona a las MIL MARAVILLAS por la mitad de precio. El dispositivo se conecta bien tanto por Ant+ cómo por Bluetooth y las mediciones son correctas (probado en varios dispositivos). La cinta es cómoda y tras 5 meses de uso 0 problemas.Así que en resumen: contento con el producto, por unos 28€ que me costó en su día, cumple y hace su función. Recomendable.

Si collega rapidamente e funziona come tutti le altre fasce. Costa poco e va benissimo. Speriamo duri....ma non è che le fasce più costose durino a lungo.

Pour ma part, ce produit est excellent, aussi bien au niveau de la taille, alors que je fait quand même un certain tour de taille même si c'est limite et surtout ça fonctionne très bien avec l'application que j'utilise sur mon iPhone pour travailler mon HRV, ma cohérence cardiaque.

Bought it to wear during spooky games while streaming, through this I got to find out my resting heart rate was too high (100bpm) which lead to doctor visits to find out that my blood pressure was on the low end and because of this, if I stressed my heart out on the regular (IE having a high heart rate) I could potentially cause my heart to grow and my low blood pressure wouldn't be able to produce enough oxygen for it to work leading to death.So I spent $30 for the haha's and instead ended up preventing a possible way of death and a fun story to share at parties.

J'utilisais une ceinture Garmin qui ne fonctionnait plus malgré le changement de pile, changement de ceinture textile... Je ne voulais pas remettre 50 ou 60 euros dans une ceinture. Cette ceinture CooSpo est top. Elle bip rapidement pour indiquer la detection du HR, elle tient bien malgré l'effort. Elle est top jusqu'à present après 3 utilisation. Je recommande.
