A psychic advises Carly to book a weekend at the Hotel Exotica to put life in her stale marriage to Doug, an over-worked attorney. He tells her he can go, but when he has to work, she goes instead with Rachel, her sister who's recently dumped her philandering boyfriend. Carly and Rachel arrive, they see couples at play, the atmosphere is charged with Eros, and both have dreams that awaken their sensuality. After their first night, Doug and his partner Frank join them, but Doug is still cold. Frank and Rachel don't get along either. Encounters with the resident fortune teller and with the lodge's hostess help get good things started, then it's up to Doug and Frank, Rachel and Carl

Done me wrong!
I recently purchased this movie after seeing in the past on cinemax. I bought this after seeing it was listed as unrated and directors cut, which I thought was cool it sounded great. Now unless the director is a prude this is were I was done wrong. On cinemax they showed a hell of alot more than on this DVD. This had so much heavy editing that I felt so wronged in my purchase. If anyone else feels the same join the club. The movie had some hot scenes, but after watching this version I lost the interest real quick. The movie should have at least 3 to 4 stars for its sex and nudity, but I felt wronged. The only thing I could think of is that someone messed up and put the pg-13 version in my box.

They were AWESOME
There were scenes in there that weren't in the one i checked out back in 1999-2000 time range one the VHS copy. They were AWESOME scenes and I loved how the panties come down. I even learned something in Karma Sutra and the music was just awesome and something to build off of... Sexy. Sexy. Sexy. Sexy.

I think I already saw this on Cable TV. Very good breasts in one scene and especially - no this was the one where the characters travelled on a vacation and checked into the hotel. Have to watch it again.

Heavily Cut R version
A lot of beautiful actresses from the era but the film has been cut down to the point that it is not worth the time to watch.

The missing scene
The first time i saw this picture was on a late night channel and it was hot.So i forget to tape it.But i say to myself maybe Amazon will have it.And they had this movie.I bought it right away.When i watched it...it was not the same because the best scene was cut off and it was the kitchen scene with the 2 girls.Don't get me wrong the actresses in this movie are awesome but it's not enough to save the movie.If you want my advice buy something else or real classics like Porky's or Fraternity Vacation.

Mis-representation
This DVD is advertised as 88 minutes long. The text on the case artwork states 85 minutes yet the actual run time is barely 70 minutes. It is clearly a severely abridged version.I feel this is a serious misrepresentation by Amazon.I queried the situation with the supplier but they did not respond to a legitimate complaint.This is a pretty poor state of affairs.

So hacked about it's not worth anything
I can only endorse what others have said. In its original uncut form it was a good skinflick - see the Erotic4U clips or similar and then compare with this lukewarm offering. Using the title of the original film in this case amounts to a misrepresentation under the Sale of Goods Act. BUYER BEWARE!
