Very good for the price.
All you need in one pack and the best thing is everything is labled. I added a few asprins and a bigger shear, because the one in the kit is small but will do the job more that perfect. Also added a suture thread and needle for an exstra.

Well equipped for the price
I would have appreciated more room in the pouch to add some of my own supplies but it represents a good value for an overnight excursion with no trauma cases.

Excellent (small-size) first aid kit!
This first aid kit is very well equiped -- with many useful and useable items. Everything is well-labeled (inside the kit) and compartmentalized. I strongly recommend this first aid kit.

COMPACT, LIGHT AND CONTAINS A LOT OF STUFF, BUT MOSTLY BANDAGES
When I saw the size of this kit, which is very compact, I was surprised that it said it contained a blanket, but it is a light weight aluminized rescue blanket and it is 52 x 84 inches, so large enough when opened up. There are plenty of different types of bandages here as well as tweezers, scissors, cotton swabs, safety pins, an emergency whistle, a tourniquet and a CPR mask. One person mentioned a flashlight, but my kit did not contain one and it was not on the list of items that came with the kit. One thing that mystified me was a small bag that said CPR Kit, but all it contained were some small plastic bags that presumably were for pills. In order to effectively use this kit fully, you would probably need to have some basic first aid training. You would need to know how to give CPR and some basic wound dressing instructions to know which type of bandage to use for a particular type of wound. Also when would you use a tourniquet?; in some circumstances using one can be worse that doing nothing. The real beauty of this kit is that it is light enough to carry on a hike, which is a great idea. Also good for biking or motorcycling. Along with this kit you need a good flashlight, plenty of water and possibly an Epipen if you have any serious insect allergies, especially important when walking. You could use this in the home, but it seems better suited to carry in the car or when you are out and about. Maybe this is not the best all around first aid kit, but certainly a very good one. The pouch that holds everything seems strong and well made too. Easily attachable to a belt. Not much to find fault with here, except that it could contain more things, but then would be bigger and heavier. You could always remove items that you are sure you might never use and add some that might be more useful to you. (I would add a small flashlight.) Of course even if you don't know how to give CPR, someone might be around who could and they could use the CPR mask in your kit. Would have been nice if the kit came with a manual to give you some basic instruction on how and when to use the various contents.

Great Quality
The size is perfect. Love how there are compartments for great organization of supplies. Great feature is the velcro soaps to where I can strap the pack to my bike.
