This camera is amazing. And their customer support service is SUPERIOR. They are communicative, reply quickly (within less than 24 hours in my two experiences with them so far). I have had my camera for over 2 years and it recently stopped working. They troubleshooted it and decided they would send me a BRAND NEW one even though I was outside of the warranty! I will never recommend or buy any other monitor based on the customer service, functionality of the device, ease of use for the app, and lightweight/easy to travel size of the monitor. Thank you Lollipop for creating not only a great product but for supporting your customers so well.

This camera is nice and of very high quality. It is highly functional for checking on babies; it detects breathing, humidity, and movement, giving you total control over everything your child is doing in their room. It is very secure, allows for two-way audio so you can listen and speak, and lets you play various types of music—whether to help the children sleep, calm them down, or even cheer them up. I recommend it 100%.

I bought this lollipop cam as a gift for my brother and my new goddaughter. They’re very happy about the cam, and gave me the best feedbacks about the Wi-Fi range, images and others product functions. After more than an year of use, as any products are exposed to problem, the camera stopped working. My brother contacted the company and was very impressed on how they treated him. Even after more than 1 year, the attend Rachel was very helpful and put all of her efforts to solve the problem. I really recommend Lollipop, not only because their products, but also for their customer care.

We live VERY rurally and have spotty internet at times, so keep your connection in mind when purchasing. The lollipop is *fine* as far as doing its job i suppose - however, with an only decent internet connection it cuts out CONSTANTLY. And I mean constantly. My baby's face is pixellated, it is super spotty, will ONLY work when my phone is connected to wifi (even though the lollipop is wifi connected, they both have to be or it will not let me view it) Its just frustrating to say the least. The interface of the app is kind of irritating too, not very intuitive or helpful. I don't personally like or use the cry detection, as it doesn't seem super useful. I just hear the cry and go in for the baby. Also, there is a few seconds delay from the baby crying to the monitor letting you know. I don't know that another baby monitor would be better, given our slower speed with internet, but its just overall very expensive to be THIS bad. I DO like how you can wrap it around whatever you need to to mount it, but thats pretty much it.

We love our lollipop and this is our second one for our third baby. The app is easy to use, the quality of the video and sound quality are like you are in the moment. The app and monitor connect to WiFi easily. Moving the monitor around is simple and with the “stick end” of the lollipop it can attach and be adjusted to about anything.

Complete pile of trash. I've never been more disappointed in a product in my life. Defaults to LAN, so have to figure that option out, which takes 30 minutes. The video doesn't load in the background so you have to rebuff every time you boot the app. Which takes forever or breaks. The camera just doesn't connect to your phone. It takes constantly rebooting to get it to show. No buttons or lights on the camera itself so you have no idea if it's on or getting power. The worm tail for latching it to things double as the antenna..... Probably the dumbest idea ever. Rendering it completely useless if you actually want any receiving range. Pretty much everything they could mess up, they mess up. The UI in the app is flooded with paywalled options. Yeah, let me spend $150 on a camera, that I can then subscribe to, to access basic features. $250 a year by the way. Note for the team - If youre part of this company, I have no idea what you were thinking with this.... I'd never hire you.

We have this camera for more than a year and we really liked it. Easy to install and take it to trip. Easy access from cellphone. One nice thing compare to what our friend had was the sound and video did not have a delay and the video quality day and night is great.

I love this baby monitor. The picture quality is great in both day time and night time. I love that I can take pictures of her from the monitor. That is a neat feature. You can also play music through there as well as talk on there and the baby can hear you. I def. recommend this to any parent with a baby!
