We were purchasing the backpack as a gift from the new baby to our toddler so I had plenty of time to look.Originally, I really wanted to go with a skiphop animal backpack but I was concerned about size and wanted a second pocket. After countless hours of research, this was the best backpack for features and price.My son just traveled for a family members wedding and, just as we hoped, this was the perfect backpack to pack with essentials, toys, and food for the plane.Pros: quality material that's easy to clean and and sturdy (we should have this for years!)Mesh side pocket is big enough to fit most size drinks/cups.Large compartment can fit lots of items (diapers, wipes, change of clothes, toys, and still spare room)Small compartment is very roomy, perfect for snacks or toys.Shoulder straps are nice and wide.Toddler approved!Cons: none that we've found!

I absolutely love this back pack! I was looking for something big and functional for my little one, yet appropriate for his size. This is perfect! He is 2 years old and it fits him well. I only took one star off because I noticed that some of the edges are becoming discolored, after having it now for 2 weeks.

Bought this as a gift for my 4yr old nephew who is playing soccer. Great size to fit cleats, outfit, shin guards, snack, extra pair of clothes, and water bottle on the side. I have bought about 2-3 of these backpacks, and would purchase and recommend again and again!

I purchased this book bag in August for my then 3 year old to start his first year of preschool. After Christmas I had noticed some tearing my the strap of the book bag and then by February a complete tear on the top hook. While i should've written something or wrote to the company around December I didn't. My son carries a folder which. Is mostly empty with the exception of one to three pieces of paper coming home once and week and a olive kids lunch bag,purchased with the book bag. I am very upset with the quality and wouldn't recommend getting this for a kindergarten child as he will be carrying way more stuff and I don't know if it would hold up.

The design, color and size is great for my 4 year old toddlers. It does not appear to be the best material for durability so not sure how it will hold up over time.

Got this backpack for my 2 year old grandson to take to school. He loves it. It is very well made and sturdy. Came right on time .

Great backpack and worked perfect for my little guy in JK. Well made and lasted the entire year. Originally purchased for $40 but just bought again on sale for $14 for SK next year. Great bag for 4-6 year old. Love the pattern
