I've used it for about a month and it relive and cure of saddle sore super fast, is impressive. It was an act of desperation. I have rosacea and my skin is very sensitive. It is so sensitive that it breaks out in a horrible itchy rash that makes it look like I have the worst facial acne just because I get stressed and overheated (my job). Once the itchy rash starts....it just does not stop until I get time away and good rest without getting too hot.....and that just does not happen with my job. So....in complete misery, my face itching and burning and breaking out by the second, I finally stumbled upon this product. I read the great reviews...and I read the very few not-so-great reviews. I made an extensive mental pro/con list and decided to take the leap and order. My thought process was, "My skin cannot get any worse". I was worried about the tea tree oil. I know of all of its wonderful healing and antibacterial properties, but it can be quite bothersome to my super-sensitive skin. Again...."it cannot get any worse" rang inside my head and I bought it up without another minute to think about it. It arrived....finally....and I immediately opened the package up. The balm is enclosed in a metal tin with a twist-off lid. I opened it up and the smell is a bit medicinal. I do not mind the smell. It smells like healing to me....so I slather the balm onto my inflamed painful skin. I was expecting the burn from the tea tree oil. It never came. I did notice immediate relief in the itching. Any time the itch came back, I slathered on more balm. I coated my entire face in it. It works! No itching, no burning....the bumps fading....the hives no more. I have been only using this product for about 5 days at this point. I feel like if I were to react, it would have happened by now (usually immediately). My daughter pointed out that I must have found a product that used the correct amount of tea tree oil and dilution because it was not irritating my skin. She must be correct because I am amazed so far. The routine I have been using is.....wash my face with my cream cleanser....spray with a toner.....moisturize....and after the moisturizer is set in, I put a thin coat of the balm all over my rosacea problem areas. It keeps my skin at bay and keeps the itching and bumps away. I do carry it with me so I can apply it as often as needed. So far, I have used it up to four times in one day for a particularly bad flare-up and it soothed each time I applied. I am amazed by this product. I am so happy that I stumbled upon it and ordered it in an act of relief desperation. It will be in my purse or pocket forever. That is all there is to it.

After using this product for two years, I can honestly say it does what it's supposed to do. It really improves my dry skin that I've been dealing with due to the aging process. No strong scents, or greasy feel after application. The moisturizing results also help when I apply my favorite colognes. The scents last the whole day due to the skin not allowing it to absorb due to dryness. I recommend this product those who treat the largest organ of the body. The skin.

It is nothing better than experience. Just give it a try. I felt it working in minutes. Make sure the area is clean and dry. I appled a small amount and rubbed in completely and couldn't believe how quickly I felt relief. I also used the body wash. I would have paid more just for the temporary relief but this balm is more than a quick fix. It cured my issue after applying twice a day for 2 days. I also used the body wash.

I swear by this stuff it's amazing. I have been using a year or so maybe more. But this last batch is all wrong. I took a photo of my last balm and the new one as you can see different color, consistency, the smell all of it is off. So sad. I took a pic of the back as well the only noticeable difference is the new one has a batch code and expiration date and the manufacturer address. I hope they are not changing the original formula. I am really hoping this is a fluke but def does not work like the old. The feel the smell is all wrong. This usually is the best thing ever. The bad batch is the only one with a Florida address i believe i was sent a knock off version. The one in Virginia is the correct balm

For the last three months I used this product to help heal my leg. I had a cat scratch that infected my leg... then I accidently wore pants that had been washed but still had a touch of mildew from being in the washer too long... even though I rewashed the pants again, I believe they had mildew which I didn’t know about... and then those two triggered an infection that turned into dermatitus, turned on my eczema, and a year of terrible itching, burning, where my whole lower leg would be inflamed and red... long story short - I went to the doctor again after a year and they gave me more steroid, I was like I better figure this out because the medical profession doesn’t care! I obviously had an infection... your leg doesn’t turn red for no reason... I bought this tea tree ointment for its antibacterial properties as tea tree is a known for its anti-bacterial qualities... and the first time I used this ointment I knew this was going to be a game changer. It has a wonderful creamy feel. It soaks into your skin easily. The scent is strong but doesn’t last... the only other thing I changed was that the same day I started this tea tree ointment I also started a probiotic and have continued on both for three months. In one month, after applying this several times a day I was 25% better, second month 50% better, third month 75% better. I knew choosing an ointment it would be slow and hopefully steady progress but I am not disappointed. I no longer have cellulitis and my skin is no longer inflamed and red when I wake up in the morning. My leg almost normal- it has skin and isn’t all purple! Truthfully, I knew this was going to work several days after I purchased, I could tell the quality of the product, and see it’s effect right away, so confident that I bought two more tins, one for me and one to give away. The first month I lavished the ointment on my leg, 2-5 times a day and went through a whole tin. The second and third month I’m still on my second tin, but have already ordered my third! This a quality product that brought real change and healing to my life.
