Charging Station and 1 Rechargeable Battery Kit Compatible with The Ring Spotlight Cam Battery, Ring Video Doorbell 2, and Ring Stick Up Cam Battery HD

Bought this in July. Charged the batteries, plugged it in and work for bought three months before needing a charge. Recharged. Green lights for both batteries. Plugged them in and new extra battery would not work in either side. Ran through a cycle with just the original and when it ran down I recharged both again. New extra indicated good in about 30 minutes, but I left it in along with original for 15 hours until it too went green. Plugged them both into the camera and again, new extra would not work in either side. Reinforces idea that you should always buy OEM. Way disappointed.

Battery supplied does not work needs to be replaced with correct Ring product.Charger appears to work, but battery is not a Ring product and does not work.Battery is a substitute not a Ring battery.

The charger functions without issue and is a great device. The extra rechargeable battery that was supplied with my order is not compatible with the Ring Video Doorbell 2 device. The battery was fully charged and then placed in the device, but it would not power on. Turns out many other customers experienced the same issue.

The battery that comes with this charge is not compatible. Once you insert it into your Doorbell 2, you will lose most of the functions of your doorbell, including your ability to use the "live feed" of the video. I returned it after 2 weeks...it didn't work!
