I've had different length beards for over 10 years now and never looked into a quality brush until now. The ZilberHaar brush is perfect for medium-long beards and I never thought a brush could solve my beard dandruff issue, but I was wrong. I haven't had any dandruff since the first use and it keeps my beard nice and tidy for hours on end. I was surprised at how small it was, but like other reviews, it ends up being perfect for the mustache area. I purchased the stiff bristle, which works great for my coarse thick beard. It's still soft enough to not hurt your face or skin, but strong enough to not get caught and glides through with ease. The handle is really nice wood and easy to hold. All in all, the brush is a quality product and would highly recommend this to anyone on the fence with other brands! You can't beat the price, cheaper than beard brushes found at discount places like TJ Maxx.

A very well-made brush with firm natural boar bristles that work extremely well for beard grooming. The bristles control and align the beard better than mixed bristle brushes (natural and synthetic). It also features a nice finish and solid build quality. In daily use, it clearly makes a difference compared with simpler brushes. I recommend it.

This is a high quality brush. Make sure to use beard oil to help with breaking in the bristles. Also invest in a brush cleaner.

I've had a beard for about 10 years and it never even occurred to me that a designated beard brush might be a good investment. I only started getting into beard products in the past 2 years. I've been using beard balms and more recently some mustache wax to add a little more definition. I came across this beard brush by accident on a review site and decided to give it a try. One of the best purchases in recent memory. When it first arrived I thought perhaps they'd sent me something else by accident. It arrived in a box scarcely larger than a box my wife's mascara comes in. Upon opening it I found a little brush. It was smaller than I expected it to be, but it turns out it's the perfect size. Any bigger and it would be difficult to use on my mustache. The past few years, I've been noticing some dandruff in my beard, particularly through the dry months of winter. I had hoped the beard ointments would cure it, and they helped, but not completely. Since I've started using this brush, however, I haven't noticed a single flake. This brush really helps to evenly distribute any beard products and to get it right down to your skin. I had used cheap plastic combs before on my beard, but this is a major upgrade. Knowing what I know now, I can't believe I've had a beard for ten years before I discovered this. I can at least hope to use this for the next several decades. And I honestly think this brush will last that length and then some. It appears extremely well made. I can't tell if it has real boar hair bristles, but whatever they are I think they are quality and will last. I'll update down the road and note any issues, but as of now I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought this for my Maine Coon. He likes the stiffness of the brush. And it helps with his coat. My finer haired Egyptian Mau also likes the brush for her coat as well. The brush is firm without being so hard that it hurts. The bristles are good and sturdy not flimsy. No unusual smells to the brush. I especially like the handle. It has a good sturdy feeling to it. It is comfortable to hold and very durable. I won’t say that it’s ergonomically designed. But it’s easy to handle because it is small and fits in the palm of your hand if you have a big hand; easy to grip. So far it’s been easy to clean with my fingers, but to be on the safe side, I also use a comb to get in between the bristles. It is definitely very portable. You can stick it in a purse, or a backpack, even keep it in your glove box or in that little compartment between the front seats, it’s that small. Overall, good value for the money. Would definitely recommend it for both men with thick or wiry beards and mustaches, as well as for small pets.

Excellent quality beard brush. I love it in every way, from the feel and cut of the wood to the bristles used to make the brush. First time I used it I had about 4 weeks of untamed beard and could instantly tell a difference in the way my face felt. I will say this is the first beard I have grown and its very curly. This brush however has taken it from a stiff curled mess to a soft well groomed curled beard. Now the the instructions on the brush will tell you to use it strait out of the shower, but if you do go gentle. First time I used it out of the shower it felt like I had snuggled with a porcupine after sanding my face with 60 grit sandpaper. That being said I still use fresh out of the shower but with s lot less pressure. I use mine 2 to 3 times a day right now getting the beard taught and tamed. I could tell a huge difference in the way my face and beard felt after a few days. This brush is definetly worth the money. It's great at untangling my beard and making it look like I know what I'm doing. I would recommend this brush to anyone. As a side note, this brush is made of natural products and must be properly maintained, just like any other good tool. If your not into taking care of your grooming products this my mouth be the brush for you. It's not hard to care for, just daily rinsing and letting it dry bristle down while avoiding getting b the handle wet. Again I have and will recommend this brush to anyone as I feel it was made in the best materials. Happy bearding.

This is really an amazing product that any man considering having a beard of any type or length should have in their toolkit. First lot, it is small and compact enough to make it easy to carry on your trips not taking space. The quality of material in wood and boar bristles is top notch. Note that the bristles are on the tough side and for me this is great as I wanted something compact enough like this enough but if sufficient bristle hardness to help straighten my curly beard.

Pros: 1. Size is very handy and perfect. 2. Original boar bristle brush as the seller declared. At first you will feel it hard if you’re first time using any boar bristle brush. Once you will how to use the brush ad per your comfort, you’ find it very comfortable. Due to it’s boar bristles my skin is much exfoliated now than before and no deadskin/dandruff under the dense areas. 3. With beard oil it gives awesome hold to your stray hairs and give you a mascular bearded look. 4. Due to it’s uniform space between the bristles it’s very easy to clean with a help of any blower. Cons: 1. At first you may get a weird smell from the bristles as they are original plucked boar bristles (you can even see the follicles). But after one month of usage with beard oils the smell will fade away.
