Great for hat brim
This wire worked great to stiffen the brim of a crocheted sun hat.

Not a strong reliable wire cables!!!
It doesn't hold up & keeps snapping. I have the outdoor string lights attached to it, it's not much weight & it keeps snapping apart. I have to keep replacing the cables & this is going to be my fifth time. I'm just using these same cable wires because I bought a lot. I either got a bad/defected bunch or it's just a plain terrible brand. I'm giving it another try and if it snaps again....ugh, I'm buying a whole NEW BRAND of cable wires.
