Automotive Cleaner - 24 Ounce - Bumper Stickers, Gum, Bird Droppings, Tree Sap, Spray Paint, Brake Dust and Asphalt

Recently, I stumbled upon a challenging task: removing the stubborn residue of duct tape from the exterior of my father-in-law's car. Anyone who has dealt with this knows how daunting it can be. After trying various products with little success, I found this spray. Skeptical but hopeful, I gave it a shot. To my amazement, the spray exceeded my expectations. With just a few sprays, the gel clung to the residue, not dripping off like many other liquid solutions. After letting it sit for a few moments, I began to wipe. The residue, which seemed like a permanent fixture on the car, started to dissolve effortlessly. The process, which I anticipated would be laborious and time-consuming, turned out to be surprisingly quick and effective. What impressed me the most was the lack of harsh chemical odors. The spray not only tackled the duct tape residue but also worked wonders on other hard-to-remove stains and marks on the vehicle. My brand new black car had WHITE over spray all over the hood from somewhere. Everyone that looked at it told me I’d have to get a new paint job. I had detailers quote me starting a $150 to try and remove with no guarantee. Needless to say I went to a car wash, the ones where you use the sprayers yourself, doused my hood and let it sit for several minutes then proceeded to clean my vehicle. It did NOT remove it all the first time but there is a significant improvement on how much came off. Before my car looked like it had dirt all over the hood no matter how many times I washed it. NOW you can actually see shine on it again. I am so happy! There was no left over residue but I attribute that to hand washing my vehicle!

I needed this for my motorcycle tank. Maybe I just had a stubborn sticker with insanely good adhesive but it took me more than 5 tries to finally get the majority off after letting it soak significantly longer than the recommended 5min. I let it soak for 10+ min each time. one of those times was closer to 20 min because I was working on something else and lost track of time. This product never dried up once during that time. This product smells good but is very oily and got everywhere! I finally got the majority off but still have some adhesive on the bike because I gave up for the night on trying to get the adhesive off. Had other things I was working on more important than a little adhesive. So yes, this product works. Just takes multiple attempts and a lot of scrubbing. I guess its worth it because it is safe on paint/clear coat. Just nowhere near as effective as goof off but goof off is not safe for car paint.

Goo Gone Automotive is working well in removing areas of adhesive from Gorilla Tape from the roof of our Honda Odyssey. Our Sunroof was broken by an object that flew from the top of a logging truck while we were on vacation. We had to use the Gorilla Tape to secure a waterproof covering over the area until we could get home and have the repairs done. The attached photo shows some of the tape goop that is remaining, we have already removed an amount equal to this. We did have to apply Goo Gone (following instructions on bottle) twice before we got a clean car roof. Also has to use a plastic scraper. It’s still a work in progress (It’s 100 degrees outside) but I am very sati#died with this product!

this is just a thicker goo off - it is my opinion, that this is just a less watered down version of their standard goo off product - smells and looks similar just thicker - this is great for basic adhesive removal and as a day to day cleaner - but not the best "automotive" cleaner - overpriced in general, this stuff is way overpriced at 20$

I bought a used vehicle that the previous owner was extremely cheap with. EVERYTHING that broke, they duct taped. This product worked great to remove all of the sticky residue (and there was tons of it. On the exterior paint, windows, upholstery, you name it). It did not do much to remove double sided tape remnants.

In my business I have sponsors and affiliates that provide decals. As they are needing replaced for one reason or the other it makes it necessary to remove them. This took several produces and a lot of rubbing and scraping with a razor blade. This remover was perfect for what I needed.

Holy crap please do not get this if you are not a professional. No matter how good you follow the directions this crap will not come out!! I went to a car wash. Sprayed this on right before we put my car through, as the man that worked there directed, and when it came out on the other side, my car was STILL full of this product. And this was the second time this happened to me. It took us 1 hour to finally get this off of my car through sweat, tears and a lot of scrubbing. The first time I put it on at my house, let it soak for about 30 seconds, scrubbed off the 100’s of bugs and washed the car. Only to find out that the car was still full of the product, taking me a whole hour and a half to get it off. Jesus this is the worst experience I have ever had to experience with a cleaning product for my car. Never again.

Beaucoup de promesses marketing mais il ne convient à mon avis qu'à 1 ou 2 ou au maximum 3 des usages si on a de la chance. Il laisse des traces blanches sur les vitres que l'on ne peut plus ravoir sauf si on passe plusieurs minutes: il vaut mieux un nettoyant pour vitres classique. Ayant quelques bases scientifiques et pratiques, je ne risquerai pas un sou sur le nettoyage de l'intérieur, plastiques etc. Pour nettoyer les roues, sans simplifier jusqu'à évoquer le vinaigre, il y a bien mieux. Bref, ZERO à mon avis et les commentaires en anglais sont très éloignés de l'expérience que j'ai eue. Peut-être le produit libré était trop vieux???

Este producto es realmente una opción excelente para poder quitar los restos de pegamento en casi cualquier tipo de superficie ( leer instrucciones ya que en algunos materiales podría llegar a dañarlos) Yo compre la versión con atomizador ya que para mi es más práctico que otras presentaciones de este producto en el que varía el tipo de aplicador. No solo remueve pegamento también remueve otro tipo de restos que estén adheridos a alguna superficie. Solo hay que rociar sobre el area deseada dejar actuar unos minutos y con un paño retirar y limpiar.

B****y Garages love sticking their nasty advertising on vehicles. I used this to get garage padded stickers off my car and remove unsightly glue residue. Marvelous product. I also had a sticky residue on my PVC door left by the previous occupants. Having tried washing up liquid and other multi purpose sprays. I used this product and it came off like a dream - wish I'd known about it 12 years ago! Recommend!

Excelente producto, lo utilice para quitar los plásticos de la orilla del coche que se estaban derritiendo con el sol. Me habían recomendado usar acetona, alcohol incluso derretir el pegamento con una secadora. Pero este producto lo hizo en un instante. Lo removió con solo dos pasadas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Excelente, lo compre para quitar plastidip y lo hace muy bien, solo se pone y se deja unos 5 min y se quita fácilmente
