I have had trouble falling asleep for the last 3 years or so. Since I am 45 years old (woman) I thought I might fit the criteria for this product. I am so glad I gave it a chance! Have been using different Mirifica products over the years, but mostly impressed by this since its made in Utah and organic,priced well, sublingual with not much added to product. Works very well, highly recommend this particular brand sure seems to help a lot with menopousal issues,helps like crazy with hair and skin within 2 days of use skin seemed clearer and within a week use hairs getting thicker and less shedding,its in a spray form in a perfect world it would be in a dropper bottle then you have dosing options.
