Never dried out, always perfect!!!
We have been getting our printer cartridges through Amazon for the past couple of years. They are truly HP cartridges, never dried out and are exactly what we need for our HP printer. So glad Amazon carries them as our local stores do not anymore.

Colors are consistently vibrant.
When order HP products the colors are true and vibrant. The other companies have been disappointing in color intensity and quality.

One cartridge defective
The yellow cartridge was the last one to be replaced, and when we did place it in the printer, the printer showed an error. We did diagnostics and the yellow cartridge was defective. We phoned Amazon support, and they were not able to send a replacement cartridge, but credited our payment method for $20. So for what started with frustration, did feel gratitude for the solution.

Defective Ink Cartridges - $170+ Lost
Don’t buy these…they are defective!! HELP!!! I purchased these March 29,2026 as my ink was running low. I waited until the printer ink needed replacement. That just recently happened so it’s beyond the 30 day return window. I’m unsure what to do, but immediately upon replacing the cartridges I received the attached messages from the HP printer. I followed all requirement protocols yet it still will not work. I did notice that there was no film that needed pulled off as in the past, but assumed it was an update to how HP made the ink cartridges. Please tell me why I’m out $170+ counting tax? What can I do to remedy this? Please respond with a way to fix this problem!!!!
