This is one of the better Tumeric vitamins i have tried. I take every day for inflammation .

Nothing. Turmeric is great!

A few months ago my ankle became swollen and my doctors were not able to determine the reason (I do not recall an injury). Anyway, I was instructed to take NSAIDs for at least 6 weeks and also wear a brace. Not wanting to deal with the side effects of the NSAIDs, I purchased Zyflamend and used it for approximately 2 1/2 months without much success. My ankle remained painful and swollen. I panicked because it seemed nothing was working. I decided to look for other options and that's when I found Extinguish!! I gave it a try because of the success that I have had with using another MegaFood's product. I am usually very skeptical when I read reviews where people claim the product worked right away but Extinguish totally did for me!! I started taking Extinguish at night and I was extremely surprised the first night after taking it. Voilà! There was an obvious decrease in the pain I was experiencing and within a few days I was able to once again recognize the bone in my ankle!! Yes the area was very swollen. I am continuing to take the product and I hope to continue seeing improvements. I hardly feel pain now, mostly stiffness/soreness and I am very thankful for this product. Please note that I am not discrediting the value of Zyflamend—the product came highly recommended to me and many people have had outstanding results—it was not very efficacious for me. I have been telling the story of my experience with Extinguish to everyone who will listen because I am so excited—I thought all hope was lost but I can happily say no more, thanks to Mega Food.

I've been using the Tumeric Whole Body supplements for awhile now and especially to prevent any type of inflammation issues before my menstruation. I do notice less flare ups in pain. I also use this to prevent pain in my arm due to an old sprain. But I can't really say 100% how effective this product is. I suppose if you really want to find out, you can do some sort of tests with a doctor. There are controversies involving the efficacy of turmeric and is it really a beneficial health product. Some say it's a placebo. Realistically though, turmeric root is an herb and has been used for centuries and in many countries. So, based on that stat alone, I think I can trust it to be pretty effective. I noticed that when I don't use this regularly, I feel sluggish and the pain in my arm increases. I usually get the 90 capsules since you have to take 2 pills a day and it's a more economical choice. Amazon is the best pricing for this right now so I will continue to purchase the Mega Foods Turmeric for as long as needed. And based on my own previous experience with Mega Foods, they use whole foods rather than extracted components. Imagine eating a cup each of carrots, ginger, broccoli, and so forth each day. You probably couldn't do it just on the amount alone. So, supplements are truly the only other way to get whole foods inside your system and to keep you healthy.

I love megafood supplements and this is no exception. Very clean ingredients with no aftertaste.
