2.25 Ounce Cup Catnip

All 3 of my cats love eating and rolling around in this nip. My little kitty is picky about nip, but she screams at me every morning for this one. She won't stop yelling at me until I give it to her. I think she's an addict now.

So I bought this awhile back and my cats loved it. When it ran out I bought some other ones, specifically ones that said they had a strong scent. I figured I would try other products and still catnip is just catnip, how different can they be. Some were very over whelming when I opened them. But my cats never seemed all that interested in the other brands I bought. So I had to go back and figure out which brand it was that they liked. I just bought this brand again, and they are all going excited again. For my three cats this is the only catnip they will accept.

Sorry I can't give this stuff a screaming good review. Maybe catnip is a sort of personal thing as our cat Tasha has shown great interest in catnip filled mice in the past but this catnip she's ambivalent to. Hence why I can only give the product a neutral three stars. I stuffed a catnip mouse with this product and she checked the freshly filled mouse out but showed a nearby older catnip laced mouse more interest. I placed a small amount next to her on the back patio and yes, after two sessions, she ate it all but other than laying there, she seemed not to be affected by the catnip. I fed some catnip to her a second time and she ate a bit but in the end, blew the rest of the catnip off. In the morning while my wife and I are on the patio for coffee, Tasha's more animated in her morning play without then with.In summary, I can't say it's not good catnip, I can only say that Tasha didn't show a whole lot of interest in this product. I guess like beer, everybody has their product preferences and for her, this doesn't seem to be knocking her socks off. I'm currently looking at other catnip products, including sprays and extract oils. FWIW, if we wanted, we can get this same product at our local pet store for a bit less then here; including California sales tax, $5.50. When one takes into consideration the price of gas coupled to the time it takes to shop for a product of this kind, this is a reasonably priced product. I'll keep trying to interest Tasha in this product as I'm not going throw the catnip away. And if she shows more than a passing interest, I'll stop by, change my star rating and amend what I've written here. Until then, hope my above helps with your shopping decision.

The media could not be loaded.  My kitty went absolutely nuts over this the day it came in the mail. He had about 10 lid-fulls that day. He had been using Ojos catnip before this brand, but never went this crazy for it. I gave some to my parent's cat (11 yrs) and he loved it just as much as my cat did. For some reason, my cat doesn't seem that interested in it anymore. He could sort of take it or leave it now. Maybe he overdid it the first day and had a bad trip :p He does however maul my fresh catnip plant every time he has access to it. All in all, I'd say this is a high quality product. Very aromatic. There are some thin, sharp stems, so try not to get those in your carpet.Attached video is of my cat with the catnip's lid-

My cats just eat this stuff up! literally. they love to eat it, lol. I put a little pinch on the ground and in two seconds, it's all gone, either they've licked it up or it's all rubbed into their fur. they look so cute with it stuck in their whiskers, and they remind me of coke addicts with powder all over their noses. They get a little frisky though, if I try to pet them they will swat at me, so it's best just to watch them have the time of their lives. The effects only last a couple minutes, and if you give it to them everyday they will build up a tolerance and won't react to it anymore, so use it in moderation. I love having a huge jar like this because It has lasted me over two months, and it is really inexpensive. if only drugs for humans were this cheap :)

This product arrived on time. It is exactly what it said it would be.I don't know why, my 16 year old cat did NOT do well w it. And kind of did not like it. Seems to better on Smarty Kat.Passed it on to a mamma cat that was rescued from outdoor. Did not like it.Then a 1 year old tried it. Same.But, the product is what it is suppose to be. And arrived as promised.Sydney

This stuff is wonderful -- very highly recommended. Someone sent it to our prior kitty from the States 12 years ago and he loved it, as did the cat w/us now. It's amazing that it kept its freshness and potency for all that time. We ran out last month and I made the mistake of buying another brand (w/excellent reviews) but it was a waste.Cosmic arrived today and just like the 12-years-old batch, Hunterkitty was freaking before it was out of the packet. Now he's happy and so are we. Big thanks!

Firstly the product did not come as the image stated, it was a cheap knock off tub sent from Bargain Warehouse.My 2 cats don't really bother with this product.. this product is best suited for kittens going to try the KongCatnip next time

When I have this brand in stock there is always a cat each day that will tap on me and walk to where the pot is kept if I haven't already put some out

you need to get these bagged and make a killing on the streets - meeow
