Odor Eliminator 1 qt Heavy Duty Fast-Acting Odor Neutralizer

Oil tank leaked in our basement stinking up the entire two floors above. Removed excess oil with clay based non-clumping liter. After absorbing the excess spill, discarding the contaminated litter and opening windows the smell was still present. I poured the odor eater on the areas that were exposed to the oil, allowed it to soak about 10 minutes then mopped up the liquid and rinsed with tap water. The smell is GONE!

Bought and used on a concrete floor in home basement which had home heating oil spill onto it. Oil stunk up everything in the house. Using this product along with commercial air cleaners, ozone generators and washing all clothing that was in basement laundry area got rid of the home heating oil odor. Lots of work but the odor is finally gone. Product is highly recommended but is expensive.

This is the best odor eliminator that I have found. I have purchased several bottles of it in the last few years. The packaging of the item was also impressive. It was inside a relatively thick and sturdy plastic bag, wrapped tightly with "bubble wrap", and then placed in a sturdy cardboard box of the perfect size. I like the product, but unfortunately this is probably the last bottle that I will order because the price has gone up so much since my first order.
