Wallcharmers Lion Head, Gold Resin, Faux Taxidermy, Regal Wall Decor

Although Gold is a VERY nice color, I was looking for a lion head to mount in my home garage gym that matched my decor- most of my fixtures are silver. So, I found a can of metallic silver spray paint and lightly went over the Lion's head AND Viola! It came out beautifully! Here is why I think this worked... The Lions has deep and detailed etching to give it a distinguished look so if you don't want a gold lion's head, any color of quality spray paint will work to transform the lion's head into your new color of choice. Just use a light hand and consider 2 coats on a descent day with low to no wind. I used metallic spray paint by Rust-Oleum and I had it up on the wall in an hour. I hope this helps someone who is undecided. It's a good wall piece and I would HATE to see someone pass on this just because it is not their preferred color. I took the chance of possibly ruining mine by painting it, so you don't have to! :) I can tell you from experience- It works!

This gift is for a great friend He loves it BUT my box was destroyed damaged the box was opened on both ends and the cover was completely off Cracked up luckily my lion wall charmer was in good shape large and stylish lion head I would buy another wall charmer again

Very pretty! The gold color is beautiful and this piece is exactly what I had been searching for. Very reasonably priced. I have them hanging on my wall, and the installation was very easy and it’s also very sturdy and not too heavy.

If this piece caught your attention and you're debating on whether to get it, just get it. It's gorgeous and so well made. It looks phenomenal on the wall. As other reviewers commented, it really is superb on a recessed wall or splash wall where it can really pop. If you have gold knobs/light switch covers/etc it really, really brings the room together. Zero regrets on this purchase.

The material is sturdy , heavy weighed poly cast resin for high definition of the art works details . The size is perfect for grand decoration style as a duo and best for accent , small dead corner of the room in the single setting . The only 1 star of for the quality finishing , the gold is true 18K spray paint , more like satin finish and dull . I wish the color would be a bit more richer , shinier and more metallic to enhance the angles and many strokes of the lion s mace . I am a professional interior designer . I bought 2 for the small entry way with artificial LED lights from the ceiling .
