These Naturelo Glucosamine capsules are supplied in a large plastic bottle with plastic screwtop lid. The capsules are off-white in colour. They are the standard capsule shape, though on the large size. Nonetheless, I've had no problems swallowing them with some water. They have a slight lemon-y fragrance and taste, possibly from the Boswellia. This supplement includes Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM, all of which are believed to be beneficial for joint health. In addition you get VItamin C and Boswellia, an anti-inflammatory herb also said to help promote healthy joint and muscle movement. The recommended dosage is four a day, two in the morning and two in the evening, taken with food. The instructions say you can also open the capsules and add the powder to your food or drink if you prefer. The bottle contains 120 capsules, so if you take the recommended dose it should last about a month. Overall, this appears to be a good quality premium Glucosamine supplement with a range of other health-promoting ingredients as well. Nothing really to criticize, so five stars from me.

Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM is a combination of supplements that has been combined, bottled and sold for a long time now and I believe it truly does work when taken consistently. This particular variety has a couple of other tricks up its sleeve in the form of Boswellia and Vitamin C which separates this from the other varieties. I think I can already feel this working after just a few days of taking two capsules twice a day and I will continue until the bottle finishes to determine the full benefits. Happy to recommend based on what I'm feeling so far and the great ingredients list.

Therefore, unfortunately, I cannot comment on these aspects in this review. Suffice it to say that my wife and I are both very happy with these Glucosamine complex capsules from Naturelo. We are both impressed with the results and are highly likely to buy more. Good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

I’ve tried a few different brands of glucosamine but Naturelo brand seem much better than the others. Hard to put my finger on it but it just feels cleaner, for want of a better word. I like the product and it seems to be helping so, all in all, I feel I can recommend 100%

When I was given the chance to try these capsules, I was looking forward to testing them to see if they would make a difference to my achy joints. I checked the description, and it said they use high quality ingredients and a vegetable capsule shell. Perfect, or so I thought. When they arrived, I noticed on the packaging that it says they may contain shellfish. I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a child, so unfortunately I won’t be participating in taking these. Given they are GMP certified, I would have hoped that these capsules could have been produced and packed in a clean, allergen-free environment, especially as they are also very expensive for a 30-day supply. I think it would always be a tough job to review vitamins and supplements anyway, as what works for one person may not work for another. Sometimes just the power of thought that you are taking something to help you can make you feel better. These may well be fantastic, but being a vegetarian is more important to me than risking consuming fish products. Therefore, I’m giving a neutral 3 out of 5 based on capsule size, cost, how many you need to take per day, and the fact I would have expected these to be free of all major allergens. —————————— What’s good about it? —————————— They are supposed to good for promoting healthy joints, cartilage, bone health and collagen formation. No GMOs, No Soya, No dairy & gluten-free (NOT VEGETARIAN OR SUITABLE FOR SHELLFISH ALLERGY SUFFERERS). GMP Certified. ————————————— What’s not so good about it? ————————————— They use vegetable capsule shells, but then say the product may contain traces of shellfish, so not suitable for vegetarians or shellfish allergy sufferers. They are very expensive considering you only get a 30-day supply. The capsules are quite large, measuring approx. 2.3cm long and 9mm wide, and you have to take 4 per day. ————————— What’s in the box? ————————— 1 x bottle of 120 Natural Glucosamine capsules (enough for a 30 day supply). It is advised that for best results, you take 2 capsules with breakfast, and 2 with dinner.

This joint supplement has made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. My joints feel less achy and I’m moving more easily than before. I appreciate the quality ingredients and that it doesn’t cause any side effects for me

This product was recommended to me after suffering a knee injury. After a few weeks of high doses, my pain completely went away and it also greatly helped my back pain. This supplement remains one of my subscribe and save items. Do some research on glucosamine for yourself and discover its benefits for joint pain.

Make sure you take the dosage suggested but do your research and make sure you understand how much you are taking. Interactions can occur. Stop using chondroitin and glucosamine and call your healthcare provider at once if you have irregular heartbeats. DO YOUR RESEARCH / TALK TO A DOCTOR - Be prepared to recognize any issues you may see. With that said, I want to share the POSITIVE IMPACT THIS supplement had on me: So, I was in pain a while. My lower back was killing me. I used ICE and HEAT to go from 10/10 pain to about 5/10 pain. Then, I spoke to a physical therapist and I asked him if I should keep taking Glucosamine...he asked me how much I was taking and how often; I told him that I was taking about half the dosage 'here and there' (every other day or so). He said it seems to help some people; there isn't strong clinical evidence, but if I was going to take it, I should take the recommended dosage and I shouldn't skip days. He said that it needs to be in your bloodstream pretty much all the time. So, I took the recommended 4 pills.2 days later, I'm relatively pain free...I would say I'm at about 1/10. I can't imagine if this actually worked that fast? I dont know for sure but I'll keep testing this. But I wanted to leave this for others who may be taking this without the right dosage. Make sure your doses are correct. Don't just take 1/4 or 1/2 the dosage and expect things to change. Don't take this long term as there are side effect talk to a doctor.
