Healthy and delicious!
We make this during the summer with chopped nectarines and a little bit of honey. Delicious! It adds variety to our breakfast menu. We've tried it with other fruits, but nectarines work the best.

It tasted better than expected!
I absolutely love the taste and texture. The price from Amazon is disappointing because I can purchase it cheaper by walking into a local store. The protein content, freshness and quality are pluses for me. Will buy it again probably not from Amazon though.

Buckwheat Good
It’s supposed to have health benefits galore, but it also tastes damn good. I think using milk to cook it improves the creamy ness. I mix in butter and real maple syrup for a healthy decadent breakfast And it’s amazing how long I go on it. Cereal lasts me a couple of hours. Nothing beats eggs of course, bt since they cost more than gold I have to cut back.

Low in heavy metal
Knowing the heavy metal level in rice made me switch to buckwheat which is very low in arsenic level. Cooks very fast and my baby loves the softness and the taste!

Healthy and satisfying
We like this for breakfast and sometimes an easy dinner added with butter and little salt but texture can get weird if you don’t eat right away. Good alternative to oatmeal and organic and simple gluten free ingredients can add berries or nuts but we like plain
