Women's Cotton Linen Dress Summer Midi Dresses with Pockets

I'm very happy with this dress. It covers the areas I want to have covered. It is cool enough to wear in hot summer weather. It was washed on gentle cycle with cool water and came out perfectly. I now own a few mordenmiss dresses and would own more if they were made in size XL. Please mordenmiss make the dresses with embroidery in my size.Update: I liked this dress enough that I ordered two more in different colors. I do not wear a slip with this dressing in the summer. There is so much fabric in the skirt that it is not see-through. (If someone thinks they can see through, they need to turn their head, because I am planning to stay cool.) Waist is high as shown in the picture. Skirt is long . . . midi . . . on me and I am 5'4".

I bought this dress in black, green and white. I always envisioned this as a baby doll dress so I cut about 6 inches off and asked for a larger hem to add some visual interest and weight to the bottom (‘weight’ needed so that the dress doesn’t end up dancing in the wind).They are all incredibly comfortable and right for all occasions (literally, with kicks, with heels, with sandals, with accessories or not, to work or for leisure—always good). Plus, cut as baby doll dresses they look Mara Hoffman pieces.

I’m so very disappointed in this dress fit. I love the color and fabric so I ordered this dress. The picture looks like the Anysize dress that I love... but this was a big waste of money. If you like this concept of a loose fitting flattering dress... then buy the Anysize from amazon instead. The dress on the left is the Anysize dress bought on Amazon. The dress on the right is the one I’m reviewing.

I love this dress!I intentionally purchased the dress a size up so that I had enough room and not feel uncomfortable. I was able to sing, jump, dance all day Sunday and it felt great.The material was breathable. Although it was a little see-through under bright stage lights, I wore a tank and shorts under and no one saw a thing.It was very comfortable to wear.By itself, it can look very simple but I was able to dress it up with a statement necklace and heels.There was only one issue I encountered and it was that there was "raised fabric bumps" I don't know what else its called, in the upper area of the dress. You can't really see them from a distance but close up, you could see slight darker pigmentation where the raised fabric bumps were at.I'm concerned that the threads will continue to loosen and distort the fabric.The pockets have plenty of room to fit keys, cell phone, and the fabric is thick enough to disguise it well.

Relevant size info first; I’m 5’1” and around size 8-10, I think. My weight is fluctuating a lot due to chronic illness. I bought this dress in an XL based on sizing information, and it’s perfect. It’s baggy and oversized in a good way, as it is on the model. I love that it has pockets, and that they’re decent sized, actually functional pockets! I’m going to buy this in white as well, as I expect that I’ll wear them a lot this summer. The dress seems well made, and the fabric seems like the linen/cotton blend it’s advertised as being. I like that it’s loose and flowy and something I can wear alone or with leggings, or the cute linen palazzo pants that Mordenmiss has, and look fairly put together, but still be comfortable. That is everything when you’re chronically ill.

The color of this dress is very vibrant and it’s made well. Im ver happy with my purchase and may buy a smaller size in a different color. Im 5’6 and weigh 145lbs it does fit a bit large around the waistline but it looks good with a belt.

Cute dress. The dress is designed to be big & flowy which is exactly what I was looking for, especially in hot weather! I've worn it to work & got lots of compliments. The blue color is a nice rich navy. It washed up nice, I washed it on delicate and then hung to dry.

I have not worn this dress - still has label in. I am a 14/16 and ordered XL size. It's far too tight across the chest. I should obviously have order XXXL had I known the sizing
