Road ID Official Sidekick for Fitbit + Garmin - Identification Bracelet and Sport ID for Athletes

When planning a recent cross-country trip, I decided I needed a medical info/emergency contact bracelet for those times I might not have other ID on my person. However, I almost always wear my Fitbit Alta wristband, and would also be wearing acupressure wrist bands for motion sickness while traveling--so the last thing I needed was another bracelet. The Road ID Sidekick was the perfect solution. It fits perfectly on my Fitbit wristband, is unobtrusive yet attractive and is very well-made. Although I ordered the smaller width, I was able to get my pertinent information in 5 full lines: my full name and nickname, my hometown, my medical conditions (which took two lines), and my emergency contact name and phone number. The printing is clear and easily readable. I was a little concerned that I might find it uncomfortable to wear my Fitbit with the Sidekick on it (as the little elastic straps that hold it onto the wristband stick out on the inside and could rub against your skin), but there was no discomfort whatsoever. The only times I even realize I'm wearing it is when someone notices it and asks me where I found such a cool thing! I would like to add that the customer service at Road ID is outstanding. While in the middle of my vacation, I happened to notice a tiny but significant misspelling in the medical info on my Sidekick--and when I got back home and checked my original order, I saw that I'd made the typo when I placed the order, and hadn't caught it when I received the item and installed it onto the Fitbit wristband. I contacted the seller to see if there was a way this could be corrected and if not, to order a new one. They immediately sent me a new one with the corrected info, free of charge. That's some kind of incredible customer service! I highly recommend this product and Road ID in general.

I had been needing some type of medical bracelet but I didn't want to wear something extra. A friend told me about this company and how I could get something to fit on my Fitbit Charge 3. I was so happy when I found this and it came faster than expected. It was due in on January 3 but it came in on December 31. The information I wanted on it is very easy to read.

I have had this item for not yet 2 years. Part of the engraving is barely readable anymore due to wear. I keep it on the inside of my wrist to reduce it from rubbing on surfaces as much, but it still has worn away to where part of it is difficult to read. More recently, the elastic bands that go around my watch band have lost their elasticity and it no longer fits snug to the band.Suggested improvements would be silicon bands instead of the elastic bands and some type of coating to protect the engraving .I will most likely re-order this as other bands that have the silicon bands don't offer as much room information. The need to provide information outweighs need for durability.

Fits my Garmin Fenix 5XI have a medical ID bracelet that I've had for some time but the silicone on the band is failingafter many years of use. A friend of mine suggested looking at RoadID and while having anothersilicone banded bracelet seemed bothersome (trackers are a pain when it's not all integrated!)I saw this one - that attached to the watchband of your watch. I checked and it fit my GarminFenix 5X and I said, why not?It's on now, and has almost everything I want information-wise on it, and couldn't be happier.It's a small piece of mind for informational insurance purposes for all of the outdoorsactivities I participate in. I also like it because it's unobtrusive in my daily life.Glad to have it!

I knew for a while that I needed to get a medical ID bracelet. I shopped around and found a lot of options that didn't have space for all the info I needed or were too obvious to anyone I might see. This RealID is perfect. It fits onto my FitBit band, is quite discreet, and has all of my info.The company itself is very responsive. I placed my order late one night and in the morning received a note that my order was bring made and shipped. I was pleasantly surprised! When it arrived, it came in packaging that had been well thought out and had some cute saying on it.I've already recommended this product to my entire family.

I bought this ID because I have seizures and I travel for work. I wanted to feel safer knowing that my husband would be alerted should anything happen and also knowing that if I weren't able to respond emergency/hospital staff would know my details.I used to wear a Medicalert ID bracelet but didn't want to pay for the service. I thought this would be a good alternative and eliminates the need to wear a bracelet with my watch.The 13mm fits my Garmin well. It is very easy to read and seems to be very good quality.I happily received it much quicker than I had expected.I will definitely order another in the future.

LOVE that this ID slides right onto my Fitbit and I can easily change bands.LOVE that I could ditch the generic red silicone medical alert bracelet, which made me somewhat self-conscious - like walking around with a hospital wristband on after leaving the hospital.VERY speedy turn around time - much faster than indicated in the item description - at Christmastime!KUDOS!Personalized packaging made me feel valued as a customer.(Only 1 negative about this little gem - if you’re not careful, it EASILY SLIPS OFF UNNOTICED ie: with removal for showering.)
