Bought this as a "gag" gift for a noisy person. They ended up loving it. Go figure! Apparently, tho, these things should have a breathing hole in the ball? I have no clue

For a budget ball gag, this one is good to go. The wife loves it and I find it easy to use. We ordered the small and due to her petite size we're on the very last notch, but it does fit. Construction is a bit cheap (I wouldn't use a lot of force against it or support much weight with it) but for the intended purpose, it fits the bill. Or the mouth.

Used this on my sub and we both loved how it elevated his senses during play. Easy to clean and fits snugly into the mouth.
